My fiancé and I and my granddaughter ordered dinner tonight. My fiancé ordered a 4 piece meal with mac and cheese. I called and specified that he wanted dark meat only. When it was delivered there was no mac and cheese and his chicken was not all dark meat. He drove over there and they got him the dark meat, no biscuit, and they claimed that there was no mac and cheese ordered. I called back when he got home and told them that it was showing on the app and he should have gotten it. They said there was nothing they could do about it. We will definitely not be back. What a joke of a restaurant.

If you use points, make sure to check your meals. They’ll always try to “forget” items when it comes to using points. Perhaps it’s management cost cutting, whatever it is - just get rid of the points system if you guys aren’t going to honor it.

First I got the wrong sandwich that I didn’t order which isn’t a problem at all everyone makes mistakes even the best, I went to the front counter to get the correct sandwich which I did and when I got it back the cheese wasn’t even melted they just slapped the cheese on there I didn’t want to be the person who complains for everything so I just went ahead and sat down took one bite and one pickle fell and I wanted to put it back in by opening it and when I take off the bun there was a hair in my sandwhich I went ahead to the counter asked for a new burger and a refund at this point because I wasn’t satisfied at all when I told the manager she gave me face which screamed really when I got my sandwich back the manager told me word for word “if you have any more problems you come to me” in a rude tone . If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

We've eaten here before and was good but for some reason the chicken was really chewy and not very crispy. Wife couldn't finish her chicken sandwich. It was like pieces of cartilage and half chicken breast.
Waited 8 chicken peace about 20 min. Even it was ready.

You know, I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. I actually prefer it over the KFC, but don't tell them I said that. I definitely dig the KFC too. The chicken sandwich is next level. I recommend it.
