We tried their honey oat latte, and it did not taste well made. We went up to ask for a remake or for another drink and they made us pay a second time. The barista said if you ordered a honey oat latte, what did you expect it to taste like. I like this coffee shop but the service was quite disappointing. I'm not sure if they don't offer 100% guarantee or if the barista just didn't want to honor the guarantee to us for no reason. I hope the employees get better customer service training.

This is a perfect place to get some work done or small pictures painted. I love the atmosphere. The employees are friendly and kind. It's got good coffee and yummy food!

A local go to coffee shop in the Lakeshore/Felida area. Nice seating and quiet enough to have a quiet conversation. Always clean and service is professional and not pretentious. I am not a big time coffee drinker so I am I equipped to comment about the quality of their roast or Brew. All I can say is that I'm happy every time I go there.

I have been coming here regularly for about a year now. This is a GREAT place to work, meet up with friends, and enjoy great coffee. I recently saw some intolerant people giving this establishment low marks, not for their great food and drinks, but for their willingness to allow someone running for office to share a quick presentation about their platform. I appreciate that the ownership allows community engagement every so often. Keep up the great work! This is my favorite coffee shop!
