I always come here when I visit couple of times each year, and have always had friendly service and great coffee. Due to COVID I have not been able to make my trips down here, but mistakenly thought my punch card would still be valid. However today when I went through the drive thru I had an old punch card that they refused to honor, with almost a free drink. This is a poor business choice when people are lining up down the street at Dutch Brothers; would they not want happy customers, especially people who have been going there for over 20 years? I realize I’m not a local but I’ve spent a lot of money at this place over the years and appreciated the fact that they were a local business, and not one of the big coffee companies. I may be looking for a new local place the next time I come to town. Not a fan of no loyalty to good customers, and to businesses that aren’t interested in keeping them. Best of luck.

The customer service is great. Absolute best chai. Flavorful without being too peppery and bitter. Lots of vegan options for treat to. My friend told me about it and brought me a chai one day at work 2 years ago. I chugged that son of gun and had countless chai since. Both the 99th and 117th local are great. I have tried Americano and their freezes too. Today did not disappoint. Brought my friend there who loves mint and had August mint freeze and she loved it. I came in today July 22 2022around noon and when I pulled up if looks could kill I would be dead. The person working kyrstin gave a horrible look and I asked where the really nice lady who normally worked was because she was not friendly "she replied she was being rude to me because I made her mad with my music" that seems like skills of a 2 year old why not simply communicate that and I would have turned it down. Absolutely horrible service. I should have just left. Not acceptable. I have been a customer for 10 years.

Horrible experience. Added cold milk to make to temp. Poured out the espresso and lost half the flavor and coffee to add in cold milk. Gross. Where is the training. Had a bad attitude when we asked the temp. One was so hot I got burned. Would have given no stars. She threw the mixing spoon at the wall. And wouldn't talked to us with out getting furious like I was bothering her. My drinks are garbage and so was the service.

Love this place! The coffee, chai, and chocolate whip cream are delicious! The baristas are also always really friendly, and several of them remember my order, even if I don’t visit for a couple months!

This place used to be my favorite but now its a drudge because of the customer service!! Not once but twice I have been asked if I wanted my change after giving a tip!! Also the last time I came Emma was angry she misunderstood the size of my drink and was VERY rude and snatched my card out of my hand! Customer service is horrible and the drinks are messed up alot also. From 5 star to one because I am forced to put one. ?Revive coffee? has great customer service and drink I recommend not wasting time or money human bean

Always love when I take the time to go all the way out to Revive from Camas. THE BEST chai ever. The ladies are soooooo friendly and engage with the whole family in our car. Last but definitely not least, AMAZING pastries!!!
Love this little hole in the wall coffee shop... Great customer service, makes coffee per request and is very knowledgeable! Don't forget to try one of the homemade scones!! Yummmmm

I've been getting coffee here for over 10 years and the customer service and Brusters could not get any better. I've watched it change hands three times. And I swear every time the coffee only gets better, the service only gets better, and the smile only gets better. The pastries are incredible and I know that they make them at the Hazel Dell store fresh I believe every day. Special thanks to Rachael, Jamie, Sam , Stephanie, Bailee , Natalie , and there's no way I could forget Megan. Thank you all you are wonderful and you make my coffee amazing.
