So here's the deal we don't order pizza very often, but the last 3 times in a row our pizza has been incorrect which is very frustrating. They always get to work making a new one right away, but when you have a hungry family waiting at home it's very inconvenient. And 3 times is not an exaggeration. I have never had an experience like this in any other restaurant in my life. Which is a shame because I like their product but it's just not worth the hassle. Something just doesn't seem to working correctly here. I hope it changes for the better someday, but after tonight where our pizza was incorrect again (ordered online) it's time to move on.

Specifically, I have been buying/delivery Round Table Pizza at the Thurston Drive location in Vancouver for probably five years at least. It has gotten worse and worse and I'm so frustrated. This location gets my order wrong so often, burns the gluten free pizzas, runs out of the GF crust, the coupons don't work on the app and when I call in the order they never know how to ring up a coupon and 7/10 times can't find my apt even though I order OFTEN. I just got delivered the wrong pizza AGAIN, I have screenshots of my order and pictures of the pizza but the girl on the phone could not find my order couldn't understand what was wrong with my pizza and she only credited me for the wrong pizza, but was going to charge me for another correct pizza!!DONT ORDER from this location, it's absolute chaos.

I use to have round table pizza often throughout my life. I always enjoyed the Marinara sauce, bread twists, and pizza. However the quality has significantly declined, even from pizza I had here a year or so ago.I'm pretty sure the Zesty Marinara sauce is actually just raw Tomato Paste. Whatever I got is completely unseasoned, disgusting, and feel like toothpaste. I think it's finally time to say goodbye to Round table, it's just to expensive and not worth the disappointment everytime.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. Congratulations! I officially hate round table now. Last two times I've been there. You people have showed me that stupidity has no bounds.
It makes me so sad this place has such a low rating! I get that it's frustrating to wait so long but I'm pretty sure the night I waited an hour for one medium pizza there were two people in the back and one taking orders/drinks and multiple parties. My pizza was great- as always. Will always be one of my favorite pizza places.

Was there yesterday for a Special Olympics ALC meeting, and after I ordered my personal Hawaiian pizza it cost $14.08. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill, and charged me 4 extra dollars for my pizza. Was really confused ? Not sure why that would have happened. It's never happened to me before. Is there someone that can explain this to me.
We waited 45 minutes for our pizza. When it was ready the waiter brought it by our table looking for the Wright table to put it on and said it was not ours. He walked by looking for another table to serve and left it on another table in a party room ware there was lots of people. Then after talking to the cashier and figured out it was our pizza. They wanted to take it off that table and give it to us. We said no I tried to tell the waiter it was ours before walking by us so we got our money back for the pizza and left. Now just so you know while we were waiting for the pizza we did have the salad bar soda drinks which was fair in quality but the total bill for everything including tip was over 78 dollars so I did have a expansion of good service. The pizza alone was 43 plus dollars by it self and yes we did get the money back for the pizza. Over all they did try to make us happy and yes they did offer to make us another pizza but I was not willing to wait another 45 minutes for a pizza that may or may not make it to our table.Parking: 2 spotsWheelchair accessibility: Wright by the front door.

We have been going to Round Table since they opened. Worst experience ever on January 12th when we went to have pizza for just the two of us. I cannot tell you how many mistakes were made because I lost count. Pizza was late getting to us, I had to go ask and then they said it was given to someone else. They offered another one which was cold and not what we ordered. Then when I said this is cold and not what we ordered they offered to make another one which took another 35 minutes. They were not busy. Then when that pizza came out it wasn't what we ordered either. I asked to speak with a manager politely. Someone walked up to the counter with his hands in his pockets and just stared at me I asked him three times if he was the manager. He nodded his head. I explained what was going on he kept looking around like he was looking for someone the whole time with his hands in his pockets. Then a young gentleman by the name of Dustin came up and heard my story and he offered to refund our money. ( great employee). We still have not been refunded! I have called twice and I'm going to call again. They told me it would be three business days. Well it's been way longer than that. I have called and spoke with someone else and she said she would actually have the area manager reach out to me. That was 5 days ago. The place was dirty, the salad bar, which we wanted and decided not to because it was so filthy dirty with fingerprints and food everywhere, and the tables were almost all dirty. Again mind you they had maybe six people in the restaurant and then a small group in the back room. I'm trying and trying and trying just to get my refund to go through, horrible customer service very unprofessional and their pizza is a one and used to be a 10.
