Mislabeled products, rude employees. Some products packaging way over are just questionable.

This store never fails to disappoint. So I guess they're at least consistent? Sigh. Went in this evening, asked two different employees the same question and I swear to god they both shrugged their shoulders and said "I dunno". and then just stood there, like maybe I knew? One of them did follow up with "ummm, you can go ask someone else. They might know". Ffs. One of the employees talking with his buddy at self check out. Two different employees kept calling his name because another customer needed help. They eventually had to both yell his name and he was like "oh."

Far too expensive and way too many empty isles. Even their produce is lackluster. The lines for check out are outrageous and a clerk that I won't name has been incredibly hostile to me. Very unfortunate because I've been going to the store for years. Hopefully they will get their act together sometime soon.

I had the best customer service experience ever the other day. The cashiers name was Mary very helpful, friendly.I was having a very bad day by the time I left her register I felt so much better. I think she knew I was having a bad day. anyways, shout out to Mary you're now my favorite cashier and I will be going there to see you again.

I stopped frequenting this place after I saw multiple arguments between employees. The last time I was there they literally had 2 employees screaming at each other in the produce section, and nobody did anything.Now there was a shooting outside that involved employees. Stay away from this place! It is not safe.

It is always a treat to get a cup of Starbucks drink during grocery shopping. This Starbucks store makes some good drinks. Last time I went there, I had this pistachio frappuccino. Is it a new item? If so, I hope it is not seasonal. It was pretty good. I got a hint of pistachio but it was not too sweet.

The worker named Alex, she is a female is super rude. I was trying to get help with the liquor and she was just so darn rude man. People like her make me hate grocery stores. It doesn't kill to be nice to people. Even another worker was like what's wrong with her. Don't believe me check Cameras at 12:10pm on 11/28. I told the operations manager and she just said I will talk to her. It was hard for her to believe. She said she's always really nice. I have no reason to lie.

If they ever make a documentary about the labor issues of 2022, they should include this Safeway. The shelves are a calamity, 1-2 checkouts are all that is ever open, the bakery doesn't bake, and the pharmacy is chaos. I spent 10 mins waiting for a vaxx appt today and after 10 mins of the two pharm staff dealing with paper jams and asking each other hushed, underconfident questions, I just left. I'd sooner get an injection at the Vintage Books next to this place.
Can't believe I'm wasting my time with this, worst store experience...got passed over at customer service, MANAGER didn't even notice (im management, PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS) let some woman shorted 4.30 some odd cents, pass me as I was waiting....this same manager is normally rude to me. Went to self check and asked if they could do it, they said no, I told them I've been passed and been waiting...she told me another manager will help, she came out, RUDELY took my coinstar slip which had a nickle attached, but she snapped it so fast the nickle dropped...she asked if I wanted a receipt I said no thank you, she gave me the money and she immediately went to her office.....are you effin kidding me? I deal with customers ALL DAY as I work in management and just because you hate your job, doesn't mean to take it out on other people. You're company is a joke.

This place is so Anti Semitic. They cater to every ethnicity but Jewish people. They dont stock the foods and the manager Matt is so condescending and 2 faced, you won't get an honest answer. Its Rosh Hashanah, and not even the store manager realizes this and won't stock accordingly.

The deli is broken. The staff doesn't know what they're doing and the Chinese food is super dry. This place has gone so far downhill it'll take months and a whole new staff to recoup. Sad.

And after cooking the so called good meat, another 25% was given to the dogs that had grissle running through it, had to cut in chunks so the dog could eat it was so bad

I have been coming to this store for only two months, but in that time I have had a good or great experience shopping there. I am a graveyard worker, so when I get off work, I dont want breakfast, I want dinner. Usually they have several rotisserie chickens ready. Then there's the deli. Look, I know what it's like on their side of the store. I understand that the past customer may have been a j**** So I always greet the worker, let them know my wants and thank them for their work. I have never met a deli worker there who wasn't cheerful or smiling. Then I saw their sales. OMG for what I pay at Panda. I get 3-4 times as much. Plus. Buy at certain times and save even more. The vegetable area is clean and well lit. There's such a large variety of items and the prices are quite close to others. Then, the meat dept. I gave found my heaven. I saw a 7 blade roast and had it been a Friday, I'd have snagged it right then. That they'll cut to order is a great benefit. I'm not sure Fred Meyer does anymore. But Safeway will. The bakery is a danger zone for my sweet tooth. Finally, check out. I haven't had many good experiences with most checkouts, but have always been treated with friendly attitude and helpfulness. I was a loyal shopper with another store (Big W down the street) but after all I have dealt with from them, shopping here is a breath of fresh air..Safeway, does it the RIGHT WAY.
