Went in, not busy at all, but not a single smile in that place.I know how hard the service is, but cmon, these people looked like they were glaring at customers.Next, I got the Blatt, took 4 bites and looked down, absolutely black avocado, probably gonnna get sick from it, like you seriously thought it was okay to serve that?Reading more comments this obviously hasn’t only happened to me, the quality is atrociousStaff acting like customers are a nuisance and rotten food? Stay away

I've been going here since the old location and the "sunrise" ties when I was a little kod. I'm glad to see it has grown to several locations and is always great and consistent! One of Vancouvers best gems.

Lots of seating, their Chai latte is delicious, and they have amazing bagel sandwiches. I love this location! They have good dairy free options.

Been going to the salmon creek location and have always liked the food, portions and staff. Went to the cascade one by Cucks. Bagel had burnt edges and barely and cream cheese. Staff does not have much of a sense of urgency. Will keep going to the salmon creek

I didn’t enjoy the bagels. They taste a bit moldy and the avocado slices they gave me are not fresh. Avocado is all black and you can see it in the bagel.I’m not coming back paying $15 for an avocado bagel and a non-filling bagel. Expensive for not good food. Unless you have a reason to be outside for an errand and need food quickly (like I was), these bagels you can make the same at home for total $4-5 easily. However, there are people enjoying it when I was here. You can try if you would like, but not recommend any that have avocadoes unless they show you the avocadoes they use.

They have a new, larger store than when we last went. The lox sandwiches were outstanding and service was excellent.

Girls were nice at the counter, order was correct.Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and a BLATT- both my daughter and I within 6 hours had food poisoning. Stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea.

After my experience I noticed the food safety violations. So customer service and sanitation issues at this store. Total lack of pride in product and service. Ordered a bagel online and when notified the order was ready (the app says "skip the line--go straight to pickup"-I went to the online pickup counter and was told "it will be just a minute". That's fine- they were finishing up with a couple of customers that were already there --that's reasonable. Then the employee walked over to where I stood and started taking the order of a new customer who came in after I did. Thinking she maybe thought someone else was getting my order I said "I'm just here to pick up an online order". She said "I know-I told you it would be a minute!" Mind you, she was 2 feet from me and standing directly in front of the bag containing my order. When I told her I had waited 5 minutes and was there before the person she was helping she scoffed and said "he's an in-store customer and we help them first". I left without my food and puzzled regarding how at that point I wasn't also an in-store customer. I had already paid for my order, it was ready, and I was in the store. I guess if I hadn't told them it was a pickup, as the next customer there I would have been helped in the order of arrival instead of only when there were no other customers that came in later. Someone definitely needs to train folks on customer service. This type of behavior can destroy a business and that would be a shame. This was on 2/2/24 at 8 am.

I work at a nearby grocery store and an employee from Seize the Bagel comes in every week and clears our shelves of bagels and frozen fruit. You are not getting what you pay for when you go there, you're paying double for basic grocery items. We've also asked them to let us know in advance if they need product so we can order enough for our own customers and they blow us off. I've also eaten there a handful of times and a few of the women have been quite rude and the food is not the quality you'd expect for what you pay. Now I know why.
