Instant 5 stars for the self serve kiosk I love that, would definitely be nice if they hired more staff you can tell it gets hectic and more often then not it's just one person left to deal with a huge line. I feel stressed for the employees ?.Only thing I'd love to see as an improvement is clearer menu items online and in store, there's no explanation of which drinks come in smaller or larger sizes and you don't get a choice.

Honestly not great but not horrible. There’s only one size option, my tea was full sweet even though I asked for 1/2, we had to order through the kiosk since the 3 people behind the counter were making drinks/cleaning which ended up causing some confusion with our order. The drinks taste fine but definitely not my favorite place due to everything else.

Tasty milk tea prepared quickly by helpful staff. I had a couple of questions, and they were kind and patient.

As much as i love coming to this location im afraid i wont anymore i visited on 3/16/24 around noon. Two ladies an older and younger one were working i saw them busy so i decided to use the kiosk , when i was ready to pay i put the wrong pin, i tried again and it printed me the receipt. The younger girl working said it didnt go through in a rude awful manner , i went to extreme logging into my bank, when she was done with the drinks i asked if she was able to verify she says “ you good” im sure she knew from the beginning i had paid and didnt bother letting me know. Awful customer service! The way they treat their customers!

Really nice tea. You must try Thai milk tea and taro. It's a little pricey on average. Without a lot of addons, it would cost around 7$ average. It the expensive thai tea I ever had, lol. But overall, nice and fast service.

Go here all the time with our kids...today they are blasting the explicit music. We heard the word F..k 10 times before our drinks were done. Too bad we love this place. Will have to find somewhere else.

Aaah! Nothing like the taste of freshly chlorinated tap water in an overpriced flavored beverage. ? I suggest getting the blended ice to help a little with that issue. Sorry, but there's no solution for the price other than just not going in the first place.

Been a regular since they opened this location and most employees know my order lol. Best milk tea I’ve had in Vancouver, don’t skip out on this one

It's very disappointing giving this review because the owners of the establishment are great and have always accommodated. Unfortunately the employees they left in charge did them a disservice by being rude and unprofessional to me. I have ordered drinks from here since it opened and now I'm looking at T4 and other places because I don't appreciate the way I was treated. In customer service you should leave your attitude at the door and act like professionals!!

Never had a bad drink here. Impressive menu options with great customization. The boba is always warm and soft.

I've been to this ShareTea location many, many times in the past 2 years! It's always reliable and clean, and close to where I run my errands.I can absolutely recommend their fruit teas, they're the perfect balance of sweetness without tasting purely of syrup. And there's a bit of fruit pulp in most of them which I actually really enjoy! But as for their milk teas, they're unfortunately pretty hit or miss. Something about the ratio of milk to tea is off, so you're tasting more milk than anything else. It just kinda falls flat, especially comparing it to other competitors in the area. But they always have new seasonal drinks coming out and special promotions, like the collab with Cookie Run they just did. So even despite their milk teas not being my favorite, I always have a reason to come back and try something new!Parking: Parking can be a little sparse during peak lunch hours since there's a good amount of food options in the same plaza. But if you park further towards the Hardware store there's plenty of open spots!

They forgot to add boba to my drink ? and $15 for two drinks is quite steep when there are cheaper options just down the street.

The only caffeine free bubble tea was Wintermelon and it was not very good, it had a very odd artificial flavor. The bubbles were cooked OK though, not too chewy.
