Went in at 10:46 pm and was seated by a window in a booth. The AC was on and blowing in our faces and smelled of mold really bad. We asked if we could move tables due to the moldy smell and the ac. The manager told my friend that if we didn’t like it, we could find another place to eat. She was very rude and then wouldn’t even look our way after that. So we walked out. The health department needs to be called in about this mold issues. It made us very sick and my friend was having breathing issues after we left due to his allergy to mold. Not ever going back!!! What a shame…..

Everyone had to wear a coat it was so freezing inside, when I asked the waitress why the doors were open she thanked all of us paying customers by turning on AC full blast at 11:00 at night, many tables complained how cold it was, waitress did nothing, I think she might be going through hot flashes, one poor older gentleman tried moving to another table when that didnt work had walked out and mumbled he was going to airport sheris where they could afford heat

We ate lunch and had the most considerate, friendly, competent waiter I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Every single thing that he did for us was exceptional.He made our day really great and we’ll definitely be back.

If I could give service more stars I would! Our server was Jamie and he was absolutely amazing and accommodating to our every need! He was the only server at least that’s what it looked like and he ran his butt off. Service was excellent, food was good, I never had to ask for a refill he automatically filled it up and gave us fresh condiments to take with our left overs, he never wrote anything down and got everything perfect and fast. I can’t say enough good things about him. Whenever I come back which I definitely will I’m requesting Jamie as my server.Kid-friendliness: Jamie was great with my son, patient, and made my son feel important and listened to. Usually my son is shy and won’t talk, but Jamie made him feel comfortable and he ordered his own food and drinks. I’m extremely impressed with how patient Jamie was with him.

I ate there on 12/19 in the daytime and they nailed the fish and chips! Best fish I have had anywhere for a long time. I am not so keen on the hostess being my waitress as she just isn't welcoming.Response to restaurant response: clicked your link but there is no "survey" there. A link to give "feedback" which I've already given here, my opinion. My opinion is this hostess has treated me now on 2 occasions this year with an attitude of "why are you here" instead of any smile or "how can I help you." Maybe your restaurant hostess has a problem serving single women? When I was here earlier in the year she had the same attitude but thankfully wasn't my server; instead I had a very pleasant male server. At any rate this is my opinion and I don't see how you can help except to properly train people so there's no point to a "survey." Nothing irritates me more than getting the attitude at the entrance of "what do you want, why are you here" accompanied by a wrinkled brow demeanor rather than a welcoming one that understands that the person that entered a restaurant is a CUSTOMER there to BUY food to EAT. I don't want anything from you, so take the win that the fish was so good.

You can't go wrong with breakfast! But the main thing I really loved was the fact that our waitress literally killed herself to keep our coffee cups full and our ice water full and make sure our meal was hot. She kept checking back constantly without being intrusive just to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything else the place is always clean, the staff is always polite and kind but our waitress was one of a kind exclamation point I wish I could remember her name so I could put it here but she was working the early morning shift and she was wonderful!Parking: More than enough room for a lot of cars.

They are doing the best they can. You don't go to Shari's for fine cuisine, you go for comfortable food, an awkward but earnest host, a sad waitress with a smile that says "the last table gave me a 2 dollar tip on a 40 dollar meal but I still have hope. Be good to these people, they're trying.
