First time customers. We were pretty shocked that it was packed mid day on a Saturday which speaks well for the food and hopefully they will be here a long time. Had the Bibimap with beef to go. There ended up being no beef in mine. My husband had the beef bulgogi and there wasn’t much beef in that one either so we just weren’t sure if we got there on a bad day. The food is very tasty. The seafood pancake was a hit !!! Welcome to Vancouver!

The food is suuuuuper great. My boyfriend and I have gone here a couple times after finding it on Yelp and cannot get enough of it. The first time we ordered La galbi, beef bulgogi, and tteokbokki, in which they were all so delicious. Our personal favorite is definitely the beef bulgogi because of the sauces savory flavor. In addition, the service is very good as well. The server is so nice, friendly, and helpful. We plan on coming to eat here again soon!

Best Korean restaurant I visited "SOOL" as they opened at the Vancouver location. I was super excited that they opened here since most of Korean restaurants are saturated in Tigard or Beaverton area. My first impression of the restaurant is vey clean and fresh as they made open the kitchen so that customers can see it thru the hall. Very trusty. I ordered my favorite Korean foods which was Ddoppokki, Seafood pancake, and tofu soup. It WAS BOMBED. I didn't expect this good since I've tried many korean restaurant but the tastes were similar around the average in OR. However, the chief of this place knows how to express special 감칠맛. They did GREAT JOB on choosing the menu selection. I added Beef brisket (Cha dol)on my ddoppoki and it was SO GOOD. I LOVED sea food pancake that was CRISPY! On my second visit, I brought my friend who's never tried Korean food, and SHE LOVED IT. I ordered LA Kalbi (Beef Short Rib), Hot stone bibimbab, and Jabchae. I REALLY REALLY LOVE their HOT STONE bibimbab. I love how they made the stone pot hot so that the rice get crispy. I do order it for the CRISPY RICE (Nu roong ji). I will go visit this weekend.

Recently discovered this much needed Korean cuisine in Vancouver while dropping our pups off at the groomers. I ordered a bulgolgi plate and a potsticker appetizer. My husband ordered a pork bulgolgi and the tteok bokki. Banchan was brought out first and shortly after that, our meals were brought out on sizzle plates. Everything was amazing and that presentation made the whole experience elevated. The staff was attentive and we enjoyed the food so much we went back the next day to celebrate our 27 year anniversary with them. We ordered the galbi jjim (mouth watering gorgeous presentation), short ribs, green onion pancake, and another tteok bokki. The owner came out and asked us how our meal was and we poured on the praise. Can't wait to try more dishes.
We really enjoyed the service and food here. The banchan were excellent and I loved the japchae, it had great flavor and tons of veggies. The only thing we didn’t love were the fried egg rolls. Everything else was very fresh and tasty!

The best Korean restaurant I’ve ever been into. Although, protein portions are very little in each dish. (I don’t mind paying the price if it was really worth its price.) Lastly, the server when we came 3/16 in the afternoon was rude, served us the food without silverware. We tried to be more understanding maybe she had a long day and tired. I was just a little concerned maybe she’s burnt out. But when her friend ordered at the counter she was nice to her. I just don’t get the “attitude-change”.**disclaimer: this review is just based on my first time experience at the restaurant. This review doesn’t speak on how they operate the business in general.
