I go to Starbucks frequently today I chose this Starbucks because I was close. The person who took my order was incredibly rude and then my drink was wrong! This is not the first time but will be the last. If your in this area and want coffee find somewhere, anywhere else!!!

The worst service ever. The “manager” was absolutely rude and unprofessional! I came in to have my drink remade because at a different location (down the road) the sweet barista ordered my coffee wrong! Mind you, we all are wearing mask! So I understand it can be hard to hear or speak! Anyway, I happen to already be at this location here when I realized my drink was made wrong so I was hoping they could fix it (barely sipped it)! From the beginning that “manager” had an attitude! She didn’t want to make my drink and then the audacity to “explain” why they couldn’t fix it. I wouldn’t even have cared if she charged me for it! It’s just disturbing and sad that people are so quick to judge, especially towards people who are keeping the business going! Ridiculous! Also, I think that management can use some training to obtain and offer proper customer service!

This is the worst Starbuck's location in Vancouver. In the roughly dozen times I've been to this location, I've never gotten the drink I ordered on the first try- ever. Service is usually poor and the baristas are consistently incompetent; they simply don't know the drinks.

Love Starbucks, however, the Americano didn't have enough espresso in it, and the barrista argued about the recipe for a mocha frappacino. Even though corporate offices says the Java chip is the only one with chocolate drizzle on top, the barrista says the mocha, the Java chip and one other frappacino gets chocolate drizzle. She was adamant! I wish all the stores would get their recipes right.

Best Starbucks in Salmon Creek! Located next to the Fred Meyer (there is one inside the Fred Meyer too..). They don't have a drive through but it's easy to find a spot in the parking lot right out front. I usually mobile order right before I leave my house and by the time I get there on my way to work I just park, walk in, grab it, and go. So fast and easy and I've never had any issues. It's a lot less busy than the one down the road too, if you prefer to go inside and order, or like to get your coffee and chill. It's also a good place to work if you like to do that kind of thing as it's not terribly loud. Staff is friendly enough. I would give 5 stars but it is Starbucks and overly expensive.
