This location seems to really have their management & all staff on a High Level! Their service is Excellent! Very welcoming to everyone & Excellent drinks & food alike! I have changed locations 3 times since moving to Vancouver & this may be the New place to be! Great Job, to Everyone & Thank You!
Please stop filling drive through coffees to above the brim. Though miraculous your ability to do so is, hot liquids in a closed container equals pressure and the coffee basically explodes out. Instead of asking if I want a stopper you could just not overfill the cup every time. Just a thought.

I had a hot pistachio latte with oat milk. It was so good that it opened all of my Chakra at once. And I could feel the energy going through them. It was also very relaxing as I finished it. The barista did a great job explaining how the drink was made and also did a fantastic job of making it. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

When everywhere else shut down over an inch of snow I was thrilled to see Starbucks actually showed up. The coffee I received was basically just water, though. I mean I could barely taste anything at all. I'm not sure if that was done on purpose but enjoy the tip anyway.

Bring earplugs! Came here this afternoon for the first time. As soon as I walked in I noticed the music was loud, and I mean LOUD. The next thing I noticed is the handful of customers were all shouting to be heard over the cacophony.I had to repeat my order twice (he didn't hear it the first time.) This is not a good environment for a relaxing conversation, reading or anything involving thought.I like music and generally enjoy the Starbucks vibe. But this was ridiculous.

The strangest and most dysfunctional Starbucks I have ever visited. On the upside, away from.tbe rudeness of a staff member, it was entertaining. In a Jerry springer kind.of way.
