I went there 2 days ago with my family. We were greeted by Jude at drive thru. She was fantastic! She made ordering at drive thru so pleasurable. She was so friendly with a happy go lucky manner. I wanted to go back around just to hear her once again! Thank you, Jude, for making our day!

Horrible service. Was talked down to and told they won’t make it and they never have been actually I have gotten it almost every day for years. Receipts to prove. They don’t wear name tags so no idea who she was other than dark haired girl. She was just upset it was work for her. No staff member jumped in and was like yep we do that they just whispered in the back.

It really depends who the barista is. Many of the baristas are great. But several of them need significant training in the science of creating a quality drink.
Store states it's opened till 3pmI walked in at 2:54 and was told immediately that the store was closed. There were people in line and cars still in line. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Always so friendly and fast and efficient!!! Nice and clean and a good place to enjoy coffee and a treat and visit with friends or family. Noticed a lot of people in there either working or studying and or having a good visit with each other. The atmosphere there is always welcoming!

Prices are way too high. Customer service is kind of there with some. June is wonderful. But some of the other employees dont get what good customer service is. They literally open the window and hand you your drink and turn their back.
Oh man starbucks is amazing but this place is awesome and all should be appreciated.
