There was a person singing loudly at the next table. I moved tables so I could try and concentrate on my paperwork but it was just too loud. The person appeared to be intoxicated or in their own little world for some reason but they were not asked to quiet down or leave.

Employees was rude about my dog didn’t allow me to carry my dog when there is another dog getting near my dog and question me if my dog was a service dog. But didn’t ask the other person if their dog was a service dog , I usually come in every time with my dog and there’s never been an issue there. Until now I feel discriminated. Won’t be coming back again. Don’t fake your customer service.

Great service. Friendly and fun staff. Very kind and warm. I felt very welcome. Would enjoy a simple coffee and stay for a while, charge my phone while reading news. Again, the staff is what makes this place special.

Disappointing Experience at Starbucks - Vancouver, WAAs a frequent customer and a lover of Starbucks' seasonal offerings, I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at the Vancouver, WA location. Despite the consistent quality of Starbucks' beverages, the service and atmosphere at this particular branch have left much to be desired.Upon entering the cafe, I was met with an inhospitable and unfriendly atmosphere. The staff seemed more interested in socializing amongst themselves than attending to the needs of paying customers. Despite my efforts to establish friendly relationships with the employees, I was met with rudeness and even hostility during my interactions.During my most recent visit, I ordered a pistachio cold cream beverage, which I found to be lacking in both color and flavor. Additionally, when I requested a side of coconut milk for my own coffee preparation, I was met with unnecessary scrutiny from a barista who seemed too familiar with me. This made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a paying customer, especially considering my significant monthly expenditure on Starbucks products.Furthermore, the disruptive environment created by the staff's lack of professionalism and their allowance of disruptions from non-patrons has greatly impacted my ability to conduct business meetings or social gatherings at this location. It's clear that the focus of the staff here is not on providing excellent customer service or maintaining a pleasant environment for patrons.Overall, my experience at this Starbucks location has been consistently disappointing. While the quality of the beverages remains consistent with the Starbucks brand, the subpar service and inhospitable atmosphere severely detract from the overall experience. I hope that the management will take steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience at this location in the future.

I am a regular customer at your 4th Plain location in Vancouver, and I have always appreciated the consistency and quality of your products, particularly the Honey Citrus Mint Tea.However, over the past few weeks, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality and consistency of this particular beverage at multiple locations, including the 4th Plain store. On my recent visits, I've been disappointed to find that the tea preparation seems to have changed. Instead of the usual delightful blend of citrus and mint flavors, my last 2-3 visits have resulted in a tea that tastes watered down, with the absence of the citrus tea bag and an overabundance of the mint tea bag.As a loyal customer, I've become accustomed to a certain standard and taste profile with this beverage, and this recent experience has left me quite disappointed. I value the Starbucks experience and the quality you offer, but this deviation from the expected taste and quality has been disheartening.I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure the consistent quality and preparation of the Honey Citrus Mint Tea across your locations. went for a late night drink to celebrate 7 momth free of cigarettes and i was greeted with such nice people!!!! i think his name was justin and there was a girl as well for the night and they were so amazing to us, service and drink wise. they made our experience so much better than any other starbucks in the area !!

Parking is very tight for a Ford F-250 Super Duty. Store was clean. It is located in the financially challenged area of town... There are occasional bouts of violence that occur there.

Counter service for me! The drive through was long, so I parked and walked in. Cheerfully greeted by Chad. He got my order. Had my passion tea before I knew where I was. . . Needing a quick refreshment before going to an appointment. Just right. In and out. It was nice and I figure I'll be back.Parking: Busy time made tight spaces. Was close to lunchtime when I visited.
