Starbucks barista Madison refused to remake my drink by telling me that I needed to go back to my original location where I purchased it halfway across town. I’ve never encountered this problem before, I ended up going across the street to the Starbucks in the mall and they apologized and redid it for me no problem. Not to be a Karen but when you pay eight dollars for a drink you should have it made the way you want, and I’ve always understood that to be the Starbucks promise. Sorry Madison, someone trained you wrong.

I LOVE this starbucks. I come here often cause I work across the street and it's always amazing. Everyone is so sweet and always offer good suggestions. 10/10
Second time they’ve called my name and my full order isn’t ready. I asked about the muffins and she said “they’re working on it” but they weren’t. I watched everyone get their orders after me and had to stand in line twice and wait another three minutes after that until they realized I didn’t get my order. For eight bucks plus a tip for two tiny muffins, the service really makes me want to never come back here. Literally just throw my muffins in a bag already.

Always Excellent ??! I like they put jokes up for trying to think in the morning ?. Nice people ? but be nice too ❣️Vegetarian options: They have a few vegetarian options. Egg whites with bell peppers, impossible breakfast sandwiche (with egg or ask without egg), spinach feta egg white wrap and bagels plus pastries.
Lavender coffee and the lavender lemonade is life.
