Honestly, the drive thru service is a bit heinous. Anytime I pay by card, one of the random young ladies lazily swings that filthy-@$$ card swiper in my face and expects me to perform some contortionist act through my car window to get it to read properly. One time, a gal with dreads absolutely refused to pick it up off the window ledge, and had a bit of an attitude about it too. Jeez, If you don't want to pick up that filthy device, why the Hell would I want to?! ? Also, they gab way too freakin' much with customers and expect you to hear their and/or your life story when all I want to do is get my coffee and get to work ASAP.

Very nice staff just remember to have some patients in the morning. They can get super busy. They do expedite pretty well so usually out pretty quickly unless they get slammed with huge orders.Parking: Parking can get crazy or there is ample

This is probably the best Starbucks in Vancouver. The service is friendly and professional. There are a few mistakes now and again. Overall this is a great location. Beware of the parking lot access though. The site developer really screwed up and some people struggle to stay on their side of the driveway. There is usually enough parking. The drive through is almost always busy.Parking: Pay attention!Wheelchair accessibility: There is ground level access.

I'm sure they're generally nice, but from my recent drive-thru experience, it was unpleasant.We got a few coffees, and they forgot to make one of our lattes. We brought it up to their attention at the window, and the person at the window was nice but the lady who was in charge of making the coffee had a really bad attitude; complaining that it wasn't on the stickers.The person at the window tells the lady to make it as we'd already paid for it, but the lady just had a terrible attitude and ended up giving us a plain coffee instead of a latte. We already drove out when we realized so we couldn't go back and ask for an actual latte.
It's a Starbucks - their drinks are always a hit! The atmosphere is amazing as always, and the service is excellent.
