It's a Starbucks. You can have a coffee made of beans roasted into submission. You can have a glass of syrup and flavoring. They have breakfast carbs. It's like everything you could wish for, should you not like yourself too much.

Yes,it is true. Starbucks is one of the most racist places that I visited. It’s really funny when you’re standing in line and the people at the register behind the counter are acting so nice to people in front of you then they get to you this attitude and demeanor immediately change like hurry up and get out of my store.On top of all the terrible customer service that I receive at the majority of Starbucks that I go to the prices are outrageous. Now it’s so ridiculous that you don’t pay your employees a good fair wage on top of that you raise your prices. Upper management is getting paid overpaid.

Frank** at the register today was extremely rude. I hadn't have any negative experience at this store before this person. She is so rude. Worst experience ever. Everyone else is nice and kind tho.

The woman running the register and heating up the food today (03/03/24 at 7:20am) was really rude. I get not having a good day but my entire group noted that she was short, snippy and irritated with everyone. I’m quite sure I was overcharged for my drink but I was too scared to ask about it because I was afraid she was going to bite my head off. Made for a bad morning.

I asked my bf to ask them when the pistachio cold foam is coming back and they said. We don’t have that right now. He asked again saying “my gf worked here so she knows it’s not in stock right now but do you happen to know when it’s coming back?” And they replied “if ur gf worked here then she would know it’s a yearly seasonal thing” EXAXTALLY! So when is it coming BACK. Then I got my coffee and it tasted just like milk, not enough white mocha sauce, just milk and barely a coffee flavor

I've traveled the country and been to numerous Starbucks, and I've worked at one myself; I have to say this is one of the most, if not, the nicest Starbucks I've been to. I've been coming here for the past three weeks and have stayed as long as 6-7hrs working. Everyone who came in was greeted, and they go out of the way to accommodate customers. I saw how they corrected an order that another location messed up and seemed genuinely nice about it. I've also witnessed how they handled an extremely rude customer complaining about something that wasn't in their control and was taking advantage of their hospitality. Not only that, they had their partners clean the lobby often and they seem to take it seriously. The partners would also check on customers while they wiped down tables making sure customers were taken cared of. I've read reviews that had their orders messed up -- they could always tell the baristas it wasn't correct and it'll be corrected. Instead they unfairly judge the location without letting anyone know something was wrong. In addition, if they're out of an item, they can't help it for that day. Complaining about something when they don't have it, you only make yourself seem entitled. I have another week here, and I'm glad I found this location. I hope to be able to come back in the future. Great job guys.
