The lady working at the front was more interested in her personal phone ringing and just rushed with my sandwich drenching it in sauce and just threw veggies on it basically , she also didn’t even cut the sandwich even.

Terrible experience, unfortunately. I completely understand when a business is busy and there are long wait times, this wasn't the issue, however. There were two employees and one of them was not helping as the order list grew longer, the other order opting to eat a cookie behind the line where customers could see. There was a half-eaten sandwich on the counter in front of the kitchen appliances (are these people not getting appropriate breaks?), which we were willing to overlook. However, we received our sandwiches, all of which we paid extra for, and they were wrong. Two of the sandwiches had no sauce to speak of and I could count the individual slices of lettuce on my own sub. The other three were similarly lacking in vegetables and there was hardly any meat and quite a lot of cheese. We called the store to explain and were told we could call tomorrow to speak to the general manager and promptly hung up on. * And still, this could have been overlooked! It was finally getting ahold of SOMEONE, after three days of hunting someone down who could help us (a general manager that doesn't work on the weekends???), we finally got ahold of the owners. They only offered to refund our deluxe meat (a total of six dollars? At best?), and when we declined and requested a full refund, we were told no, the best they could do was a 20-dollar gift card. Unfortunately, we also declined as that didn't even cover half the bill. The owner then told us we were freeloading since we didn't return the food (which, mind you, would have been thrown in the trash anyway), and if we had, we would have been given a full refund and a remake. *See above why this could not have been done. The owner told us we were giving his wife a headache and refused to help us further. Will not be returning, I'm sorry. P.S. The owner just texted me (inappropriate...) offering the same thing again as a 'kind gesture'. :/

Seeing my dying Grandpa, we stopped here to feed the kiddos. There were two gals working, they have best friends for years is all I know about them. This place was extremely clean, these gals worked their butts off handling the line that showed up, and never missed a beat. It isn't common these days to get that kind of service out of the younger generation. I was at a subway one day earlier on the road that had a pop machine that wouldn't turn off after filling your cup. This place was immaculate and these two friends had a 5 star subway shop going. If I didn't live 13 hours away, I would be back very often. Thank you two so much!

Blessed Life

Went into this particular Subway to get sandwiches for our family and noticed that there were fruit flies all over the bread area and some inside the food cooler’s. It was disgusting and they should be reported to the health department. We left and ate elsewhere.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night to get two toasted sandwiches. I was informed by the girl who took my order that they had already shut down their toaster for the night because they closed in 10 minutes. Maybe I'm just getting too old but when you say you close at 9:00, you serve food until 9:00. It's probably my fault for not getting there at 8:00 because apparently if you close at 9:00 that means the employees leave right at 9:00. I wasn't able to get my dinner after a 12 hour work day but at least they got off work right at 9:00. Silver linings ?

Quick. Pretty clean. First order here, got a sub and a bowl. The sub was typical subway, the bowl was a bit sparse in that I did not get the double meat that I paid for, and I paid $2.50 for avocado slices and got about a teaspoon of guacamole. There are other places to buy food from, I won't be returning.

0 stars. I ordered something through the app and the employee told me I didn't.... I proceeded to show him the confirmation and he still said...no i didn't.After arguing back and forth he says ok but I don't even have the stuff to make your sandwich...he didn't even know what my sandwich was. Basically just refused to make my sandwich.I literally couldn't believe it, I just left laughing.Also the place was a mess. Will literally never go back.

Terrible experience never will eat here again horrible customer service I asked to speak to a manager or owner because the dark haired lady was disrespectful and told me to get out because I came back inside from ordering because my sandwich was not toasted n she tried saying it was trust me I eat at subway a lot and I know when bread and sandwich is toasted they all need to fired and new employees hired that actually know how to treat customers would not recommend coming here

Came in for lunch but had to eat in my car. This place is nasty dirty! Soda everywhere, high chairs are disgusting filthy. There were no lines and no to go orders place was dead and no one is cleaning. Staff was nice but it's nasty in there. I will not be back and I will be telling everyone I know to find a different place to eat.
