Guy working alone is great also has meatballz!

The guy working was new and left alone so it took time to make sub. They did not have product that was supposed to go on sub on the #12 avocado comes on it they had none. Went to pay with cash worker informed us that the manager had not trained him on cash register. None of this us workers fault all on management. I will not go back to subway. I will go to competition from now on.

Ordered 2 sandwiches through the app. They messed up on the entire order, didn’t even add bacon that I paid extra for and didn’t even toast the bread and gave me 1 sandwich twice. I tried calling 5 times only for no one to answer. I’m so upset, never ever going back or ordering there

They don't want to employ enough workers to keep a decent flow of customers 25 min. gone just like that...I can't afford to waste my lunch hour in their line.I could have gone anywhere else a it would have been much quicker.Owner,Please pay attention to your staff.

I walked to a nearly empty dining area, stood and waited for the employee to finish with the one other customer, then was told "Oh sorry, after this sandwich I'm going to take a break to do dishes." At 2pm.Employee more people during peak times, and train them to prioritize customer service. Customers keep the lights on.

It took over a half hour for 4 sandwiches. The service was way too slow. Better training is needed. Restaurant was very dirty and prep area wasn't cleaned either. Overall the worst subway and service speed I've ever seen.

I love Subway sandwiches but the last 3 times I went there the Italian breads was not there and white or wheat bread isn't tasty.

This place is nasty inside, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months ? all the workers just standing around on their phones, sitting on the counters instead of cleaning. yuckyyyy

the worst subway I have ever been too, service is low quality, the employees look completely lost and confused !! instead of having options Italian bread was all they had available! the guy making my sandwich barley knew what he was doing , I had to more or less tell him how the sandwich should be prepared, in the end he still didn't make it correctly! i ended up with the sloppiest sandwich on the hardest piece of bread I have ever seen !!! the lettuce was brown and majority of vegetables we're not fresh ! when it was all said and done the sandwich was so sloppy and messy it completely fell apart ! not to mention the bread was damn near to hard to bite through!!! I was so disgusted I ended up throwing the sandwich away with out requesting a refund ! this is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant I had a similar experience that time as well!! lesson learned will never go to this subway ever again ! consumers beware don't waste your money at this restaurant!! you will be sadly disappointed!! take the time to drive out to a better quality subway where they actually care what they are feeding their customers!

THIS SUBWAY IS TERRIBLE!!! I've been buying a 6" Subway club with spinach and cucumbers for lunch 2-3 times a week for several years now. Until they discontinued them for awhile when roast beef was hard to find. But that's done now. I got a new job on Tuesday, and went to the Subway in Walmart on HWY 99 and ordered my normal sandwhich on Tuesday and Wednesday with no problem.. But I tried to order one Friday, and the young lady there said I could no longer make that sandwich the way I like. I had to use the veggies as described. I said I'd be happy to pay extra, I like it a certain way. She raised her voice and said no! I asked nicely for a manager, as I saw a subway worker that seemed to be a boss leave as I walked in. She did say that was the manager.. I asked if they could call her. She said no, you're gonna need to call corporate. I was very upset since I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I had to go without. If a manager sees this please do something, I came in a little after 1 PM Friday the 22nd of July. There were two ladies there, the rude one was the skinnier one with pink or colored shorter brown hair.. I did look for a name tag, but she wasn't wearing one.. She was very rude! I had to leave.

I'm not a big fan of Subway but this one is the worst I've ever visited. They charged me today almost $11 (probably not honestly) for a 6 inch sub with only 2 ingredients. I have no idea how they came to this price. Also, almost everything in the bar looked not fresh, I hardly found a couple of ingredients that looked not disgusting. It is a third world country fast food. The service was also rude by a girl employee. I can't understand how one can pay $11 for a non-fresh meal. This is outrageous. Please, do not risk your health and don't bother going there - this restaurant must be checked by authorities.

Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had made for me she tore the bread open basically instead of cutting it and half of it almost is not even cut open so I get half a sandwich for a foot-long price. Get new staff. I’m never coming here again. At least this location.

Absolute worst sandwich maker I’ve ever seen. She didn’t even cut the bread all the way open and then tore it apart. Get new staff because that was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had!!!
