I love this place for a fast sushi stop. ? It's usually freshly made and if you ask, they will make it.

Just moved up here from Oregon and my daughter had her 12th birthday. She LOVES sushi and I figured I’d get her her favorite food since we couldn’t make it down to see her friend group 4 hours away…. We all spent the evening super ill with food poisoning after eating here. Only the people that didn’t eat the sushi didn’t get sick. My poor little lady :( vomiting for hours was not ideal for her birthday after being moved away from her friend group.

Lots of rolls with sauce, not much nigiri without ordering and no one comes to check on you after ordering. Too busy with take out orders and then as soon as that's over they go back to their phones. My sushi roll had a bone, not a fish bone ( I wish) something bigger.

It's nice and quiet compared to the place closest, that being the one in the mall. It's smaller so less people but the service could be better. While I didn't speak the language they did it seemed like a lot of yelling across the dining room. Yet it would never deter me from coming back!

Absolutely awful service, mediocre sushi for conveyor belt, horrible selection. Never got asked if I wanted to order anything, there was no nigiri on the belt whatsoever, and everything had mayonnaise on

I used to frequently come here but not again after tonight. We waited for 30 minutes and watched others around us order and never got helped and there was nothing being put on the belt at 7pm. I thought they closed at 8? Apparently they only do take-out orders after 7. I left hungry. Thanks for the waste of $23 on 3 plates and two drinks. ?

This is the worst ever. If I could give no stars I would. We had to seat ourselves and then had to get our own napkins. The sushi on the belt was old and dry and nobody would take our order they were on their phones and eating. we left cash on the table and left without ever talking to anyone ?‍♂️

My boyfriend and I both got food poisening and had a histamine reaction to eating bad sushi here. This has never happened to either of us at other restaurants before. We will never return.

Absolutely hideous and unhygienic!!! Came in and came out right that second after seeing how dirty everything is made, especially how the chef doesn’t change his gloves after touching things around including his phone and overall!!

Sushi Factory is a favorite of mine; It's not the best sushi I've ever had, but it is certainly far from the worst. I enjoy the ease of coming in, having a seat, and immediately helping myself to sushi. The sticker system allows you to figure out which plates are the freshest based on the time you visit, and which plates might have spent an hour spinning around on the conveyor. For newcomers to the restaurant, or those looking to diversify their selections, keep in mind that you can special order off the menu—You can ask any of the waiters/waitresses for any of the rolls on the menu, and can even ask for a majority of them fried (A fried Philadelphia roll is something you should absolutely try if you enjoy salmon). As for downsides, the quality of the food has gone down slightly since the pandemic. Meanwhile, prices have risen rather considerably (I would say approximately 15% increase over the last 4 years, but that's a very rough estimate). The place still runs the same, the dining experience is rather unaffected compared to pre-pandemic, but the food has taken a dip in quality that's noticeable and special-ordering is almost a must if you would like to try various kinds of sushi, as the conveyor is usually crowded with several plates of the same roll that nobody appears interested in.
