Best waffles in the Portland area. A bit pricier then your average chain but 10 times better!
Incredible waffles (as you can see by the before/after pics, haha), and one of the best chai lattes I have had. Sometimes I feel you get a bit more latte/milk flavor than you get a sweetened spicy chai, but this was a really well-crafted drink! I had a bit of my friend's less topping-covered waffle to see how it was flavor-wise, and it was great.The seating area is a bit cozy, so it's a little harder to hear so I knocked off a star for Atmosphere - but it's a casual upbeat spot where you're probably more interested in the plate in front of you. Really friendly service and a great treat spot!

Had the Couve Club. The waffle, jam, bacon, cheese were perfect. The sliced maple turkey seemed a little cheap and was cold. This waffle would have rated if the turkey had been grilled. It was still pretty good. Coffee was excellent.This place is small. Table service would be easy....dont know why they make you order at the counter. Dining room was a little chilly. Most of the menu options looked good. I realize this isnt a "full breakfast" kind of place, but some kind of potato option would really benefit this menu.

Oh wow.Though the waffles are far too pricy to eat all the time, once in a blue moon is definitely worth it.The waffles are crispy and slightly sweet, and the toppings are appropriately appointed. There is nothing overindulgent here! And everything I tried (my friend's tasty waffle too) is so darn good.
I visited this place in October and i had a waffle with some bacon bits and syrup the waffle was so delicious the combination is so good. Thanks for making this delicious waffle i have to admit the waffle is very similar tasting as a Belgium waffle as i has to say it myself and i come from Belgium well done ! ?? ??? the service was also great very nice people keep it up hope i can visit you guys again in the future to have a delicious waffle again ??

Great recipes often served cold. I usually get the waffle with prosciutto pear and brie and the last three times the brie has barely been melted at all. Getting a mocha is basically a hot chocolate. If you really need a waffle they are a step up from the other options in the area, but skip the coffee.
