The most rude employee I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. And I am in my 60's. I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito from the value menu. 3 hours later I had severe stomach pain, fever and chills. This could not have happened at a worse time. I was scheduled to fly out to a memorial service in Virginia the next morning. Our trip that had been planned for months, had to be cancelled due to illness from YOUR cheap burrito at this Taco Bell. My question, where is the management in this place? Does anyone monitor the food preparation, the food temperatures, cleaniness or anything else in this establishment so that the public does not get sick?? Does anyone TRAIN the young, rude employees? The owner should take some time to seriously work on this Taco Bell. I will not be spending any of our hard earned money at any Taco Bell, especially this one, ever.

I like the convenient location next to WINCO, but the service could be stepped up a notch. I get that it's fast food, but still. They barely confirm your order and it feels rushed to go up to the delivery window. Then they practically shove food into your hands not grateful at all that you choose to go there over any of the other gazillion options available. With that said, we haven't had an issue ordering on the app and getting what we ordered. I discovered tonight that slathering a chicken Flatbread with street corn dip from Costco is actually quite delicious! I recommend trying that!Parking: Probably a dozen spots, well lit at night, safe location

The food is taco bell I mean you get what you pay for. But this one is unorganized the floors everywhere are filthy. Under the soda machines there is dropping liquid. The people are not friendly and don't know what there doing. I can not belive I just spent 25 minutes waiting on a single burrito.

I usually don't have too many issues with this location but I did recently purchase the Mexican pizza that I couldn't eat as the fried shells tasted rancid.

When ordering through the drive-thru the clerk was friendly. However they mistakenly put three items instead of the one that I requested. They did reimburse me. Before closing the window she said that just so you know there's a little screen when you're ordering that when we mess up that you can correct us. I was absolutely taken aback. I understand but when I ordered my food she simply said okay pull forward so it felt rushed to pull forward as if she heard and understood exactly what I had ordered. Perhaps the protocol should be to read the order back to the customer and not make them feel so rushed. Again everyone was nice. But this could have been avoided.

Sat in the drive thru for almost 45 minutes with 12 other cars and there was no way to get out of line. When we got to the window, two people standing around chatting, one person I guess preparing the food and another who seemed to be just wondering around! Horrible service!

The girl at the window was rude, shoved drink into my hand, didn’t give receipt and sent me on my way. The hickies on her neck were a nice touch !

Was excited for this location to open as I had helped to build it. But I have been let down. Wait for food is obnoxiously long. I risk starvation when placing an order.

First of all went to order and all the employees were howling like hayenas into the intercom and when asked to stop laughing so we could order the Manager or someone who was clearly in charge was mean and yelled at me and my food was all sorts of wrong, think it was on purpose.

This place has only been open for a couple of months and every time I've gone there have been issues. I've never had such a bad experience at a Taco Bell as I have at this one, however they are pretty new so I waited before giving a bad review thinking that they would get better in time but I think I'll just go elsewhere
