This is one of the good taco bells. Their food never seems to give me Taco Belly which is a sickness caused by a majority of Taco Bell restaurants.

Horrible drive thru service!Not professional whatsoever when a customer is trying to order. The male employee taking my order kept changing his voice from high pitched to normal and you can hear giggling through the speaker.I should of just left.Burrito seriously lacking any meat. Mostly onions/ lettuce / sauce/ tomato.Taco fell apart, ground beef tasted funny.Waste of money should of went next door to Muchas instead. Avoid!!

I was literally in and out of their parking lot within three minutes today. They are the BEST and FASTEST Taco Bell in the city. I have never been to one that is better at their jobs.

Ok so why even have a front counter and cash register if your not going to use it. I was able to be helped by one of the workers with ordering however the next few customers were told to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter. Not only did they waste the time of the customer's by having them go back to the kiosk to order by it seemed to frustrate them as well. I can understand that the kiosk is there if they are busy but they were not busy at all when I was sitting there and the employees were not busy either. It seems like most people don't want to interact with customers anymore. Very poor customer service at the least...... and the fact they wasted the customers time and made them use the kiosk when the building was not busy at all instead of taking their order seems like slow food instead of fast food.

They messed up my order last time and mistakes happen, it’s ok. But they did not hesitate to make it right tonight! They always ask how I’m doing and they always do a good job. I know I’m not getting a messy taco from here like I would some other locations. Thank you ?

First time through here I accidentally went through the wrong line. I've never experienced Taco Bell having two lines. The gal was patient and polite, took my order anyway. The gal at the window, however, wasn't as polite. I'm unsure if I had annoyed her with my mistake or if she was just having a bad day? But when she conversed with her coworkers, she seemed happy; her annoyance and rudeness was towards me.
