Foods are good but A very pricey I ordered mini dogs cup and small lemonade they charged me $18.97 wow so expensive nowdays. It’s not a snack it’s a meal pricedFoods are good to me and my kid but way way too pricey. I wouldn’t go there anymore.

I just bought a pepperoni pretzel and a plain salted, took them to go. They are both hard, the pepperoni one is burnt on the bottom...inedible. I tried to call the store, it was a fax machine. 16.25 + a $1 tip.

Addictive pretzels!! So many other options now too. I cannot eat one on my own, so it either has to be 2 meals or someone else has to be along with me!! Great friendly staff as well.

One of the rudest workers. I left and went to auntie Anne’s. Interesting that he was so curt because I was going to franchise one of these and I know the owner has to work there a lot of the time. If I was the owner and my employee acted this way he wouldn’t be my employee for long.

The guy at the counter was super rude. I'm not usually one to leave a bad review, but dude was so rude and nobody else was there. He was waving his hands around and had a huge rude attitude, man genuinely was treating me like I had personally insulted him I didn't say anything to him I just said "hi" and ordered my pretzels. I also wasn't ordering slow I was ordering normal and it was just very off putting and rude :( Pretzels we're ight. Cashier was rude and wouldn’t let me finish ordering before asking me for my money. We ordered some small cheese bits, cinnamon bits, and two cups of horchata and somehow the order came out to $37.99. I had a question about why the price was so high, and he was ignoring us and eventually he yelled at us and said that each cup of horchata was $14.99 and moved on to the next customer. We never got our receipt and were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a manager
I came here and ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 pizza bite. The pizza bites looked like they had been in the warmer forever and I was handed the regular bites without salt. When I asked for salt it was just poured on top. My daughters ordered a blue raspberry smoothie and a horchata smoothie. There was some serious miscommunication and we ended up paying for 2 horchatas and a blue raspberry. I tried to correct it but he did not understand me. I usually love this place, but it was awful this time

I saw a guy today, drop a piece and throw it back it the bin and proceed to bag it, I saw him picking his nose with the gloves on and waited for 25 minutes just to get what I ordered. He told me to go away while he preps everything. This was the worse and rudest thing I've ever seen someone do service and prepare food.

The pretzel we're undercooked, and they charge a whole dollar more for salted pretzels. Also the cheese dip is a lot less than what Auntie Anne and for a lot cheaper. Lemonade is $4.99? Really? I don't know anyone who sells a medium for that price. Won't be returning, auntie Anne wins by far. Service is mediocre. They could be friendly and could smile just a bit. They couldn't even thank you for your business with them. The location is clean ehich is the only good thing I can say about this place. However, their prices is what keep their lines empty and when y walk over to the two auntie Anne locations in this mall, they have massive lines. It really shows you how this location has a lot of work to do to get ahead.

I hope this doesn’t come off rude at all because it truly isn’t intended, there is a worker there currently who actually has an injured bulging out eyeball, and in a way that clearly it was from a recent accident not taken care of possibly? I feel very worried for the gentleman and I hope he’s getting care. But on a sidenote, this has caused people to tease and make the whole situation very awkward…. Ordering food is very difficult now. I don’t know how this can be helped by at this point it’s very awkward. I just really don’t think it’s a professional situation at this point. Please look into it
