“The only thing that surpasses Hattaway's food is the service. We had Megan last night, and she was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and cheery pleasant. The food is outstanding! I had the Duck with Dirty Rice. Cooked to absolute perfection! I enjoy delicious food, well-made, in an upscale but non-pretentious, treat-me-like-a-newfound-friend atmosphere. Clean. So much to praise here, thanks so much for a wonderful time and we will return next time we visit Walla Walla!“

Very polite.Waitress discussed menus and specialsChose some appetizers the cheese selection and the olives. Very nice. Cheese selection had a lot of different options. Very good.The olives were a mix. Seasoned and had a little orange zest in there which was nice.Got an entree. The steak frite. Steak and fries.Ordered med rare. More on the rare side than the medium. “Very crowded but great food and service. We waited an hour on a Saturday morning, which I've heard is pretty average. The coffee was good, and the French toast I got was impressively good. Would recommend. Makes me wish I lived in the area.“

“The food is always amazing and we always leave with leftovers. The menu has many vegitarian options and everything is so flavorful.Vegetarian options: When my husband became a vegitarian he was so excited that this resteraunt would still be one of our options. They have a large vegitarian option with a good variety.Kid-friendliness: Even though it is a very nice resteraunt they are very welcoming to kids. The menu isn't geared towards children but the variety would allow for you to find something even for a picky eater.“

“Best ice cream in Washington (beats even places in Seattle!). I got the mocha almond chip in a sugar cone and it was delicious. Not too sweet, a decent portion size (although I’d have been happier with a smaller one). I’d also recommend the Belgian chocolate orange flavor too!The seating outside does get packed and appears to be shared with the restaurant next door.“

“My husband and I visited Carte coffee this weekend while in town from Calgary, Alberta, and to be honest, I had one of the best coffees of my life there and immediately bought a bag to bring home, which I am now enjoying with a touch of envy for those who can easily go to Carte whenever they want. The staff were also friendly and helpful, and there are a few chairs outside, which was useful since we had our dog with us!“

“My husband and I tried several different tacos. The mole alone makes this a 5-star meal. This is a mole most will only experience from Oaxaca, but it's available here in Walla Walla. The corn tortillas were also superb, authentic, and a great option for us given a wheat allergy and requirement of gluten-free tortillas. The genuine service couldn't have been better.“

“Great service, food, and pricing @ Graze drive-thru in Walla Walla, WA. We were in need of a delicious to-go lunch option and Graze delivered on convenience and flavor! I called to make sure they were open and taking orders. They were, and I requested an up-to-date menu with prices. I received the text picture and placed my order by texting back. By the time I got to the drive-thru (less than 10 minutes) my order was ready to go. The food was yummy to everyone: we ordered several Sexy Times, a Turkey Bacon Panini, and a Pulled Pork Torta. Fresh ingredients, good portion sizes, and packed with flavor!! Thank you. The location itself was close in proximity, clean, and easy to get to.“

“I ordered the shrimp Tom yum, chicken pad see eew and mango sticky rice… I’m an Asian food lover and have tried my fair share of restaurants on the western side and though everything was good the Tom yum was not up to par to all the restaurants on the western side of Washington but that pad see eew matches to 2 of my top 5 restaurants…. Will come back for that but not the soup… if the soup had been better I would have given this spot a 5… it is take out only…“

“The food was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was the staff made me feel rushed. Although the service was good I wasn't even offered desert and they were clearing the table before we were done eating. But I will definitely be going back.“

“We have always enjoyed visiting Valdemar whenever we visit Walla Walla, so this time we decided to try the winery tour. I am so glad we did, because it was extremely fascinating and fun! The facility is impressive, and all the equipment is immaculate. The wine is always always extremely high quality as well. We even learned about some grape varietals that were once thought extinct that Valdemar rescued and now grows and bottles. The employees were all so very lovely as well: welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any question.One can never forget the food too! The chorizo stuffed mushrooms are to die for. I have never had an order that I wasn't thoroughly in love with at Valdemar.“

“Wingman serves some of the most delicious burgers I have tried. When enjoying a day in Walla Walla, my friends and I decided to stop for lunch. The waitresses were very welcoming and we quickly received our orders. The chipotle burger I ordered did not disappoint with its fresh ingredients and homemade bun. While the food is definitely pricy for a family, this restaurant and bar is a perfect spot for special occasions.“

Definitely a top restaurant.The bad- Anything wine related! There is absolutely no temperature control. Do yourself a favor and order a cold beer or an amazing cocktail. I really find it unacceptable to charge a large markup and not have basic wine service. Also wines by the glass are often in poor shape under vacuvin at room temperature with poor quality control.I eat here regularly and highly recommend it! I hope they get a wine cellar and a better by the glass system. The great beer and cocktail program makes up for it.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, Alfredo.“
