Usually have a good experience.. we stopped in around 4.00 pm on a Sunday afternoon and commented that it didn’t look busy so we could be in and out quite quickly. We were greeted and the waitress told us to choose where we wanted to sit and proceeded her conversation with a guest. We waited and waited and still no service as she laughed and carried out her conversation with the guest. We looked around and noticed how dirty one of the tables next to us was and there was food on the floor.. really not clean. Eventually another waitress came in and went behind the counter, chatting to the other waitress and noticed us sitting at the table with no menu or water. I commented that we had been forgotten. We gave our drinks order and after a few minutes she returned and said nobody had taken the red wine out of the fridge so I could have cold red wine or order something else. I ordered white wine ( left most of it as it was not very good) The conversation between the 2 waitresses and the person cooking was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. We ordered the meatballs which were really dry and unappetizing and the pizza was just ok. When our waitress bought our food, she asked if we needed anything else.. I said yes, how about some side plates and utensils. Major heartburn within a few minutes of eating. Too unpleasant to sit there listening to their loud conversation and not getting decent service so we paid and left. Won’t be returning as nothing was enjoyable. Hope this is taken constructively as a few of my clients have also commented on the service or lack thereof and the cleanliness of the place.

It was our first time dining here and although the food was great, The staff could’ve been more attentive. Our waitress hardly ever checked in on us while we needed refills, condiments, napkins and a to-go box.

My first time eating there, I loved the food, it was very delicious some of the best pizza I have ever had. The service was amazing, the staff were very friendly and were quick to ask if we needed anything. The atmosphere was nice, there were a lot of people but it didn't feel crowded, I thought it was very nice that outside dining is also included, although my family and I were not outside due to the cold.

The service is terrible if you are not a regular or a man. The servers will only attend to those few regulars the entire time you are there. If you're not a regular, I hope you're a man because then you'll get served faster than those who aren't. Once they take your order or drop your food off they will not pay attention to you again until you're parched and full. Good luck to anyone who needs more than a cup of water their whole meal!
