I love this place and the people there! I have never had a less than amazing experience. The staff is the best. The food is amazing, and the drink options are some of the best in town. I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for everything !

We had my son’s birthday here and we had several kids with allergy restrictions. 3 weeks before the party we emailed the owner and asked if we could bring gluten free pizza to the party. The owner told us that this was perfectly fine and we also asked twice on the day of the party which the owners said was still ok. Right after I got the check to pay the owner, Dave, came out angry and told told me that we weren’t allowed to bring the pizza and then belittled me and told me I didn’t spend enough money!! I spent $180!!! We paid for the rooms, food for all the adults who paid separately and even bought 9 rootbeers at $5 each! Then he took the receipt and my card and added $40 to it by taking off the happy hour prices (which we were there during happy hour) after he already gave me the receipt and charged it to my card without my knowledge (see the attached picture). THAT IS THEFT. I called him out on it and he refunded the money he stole and tried to backpedal. I will be reporting Epoch to the Better Business Bureau for unethical practices by the owners. SHAME ON YOU, WHO DOES THIS AT A 10-YEAR-OLDS BIRTHDAY? We asked if it was okay to bring a pizza 3 times before we brought it and the party was nearly over when Dave tried to pull this. And then you try to steal from us? Stay away from this place. I still can’t even believe that the owners tried to do this to customers and especially at a child’s birthday. Extremely disappointing. Way to step over a dollar to pickup a nickel, Dave!

It was overpriced and not that great personally. They don't have a private room except for in the back. Their food and alcohol drinks were...... I'd rather have an old MRE bag to eat, that's all I have to say. The only cool thing there was the board games.

I used to like this place a lot. But recently the skinnier nerdy guy with the glasses (usually takes food orders) decided i'm not deserving of my change when i order food. I usually pay for the food right after ordering, and the last 3 times he doesnt give me or come back to my table with my change. Like, ummm, okay? Pretty sure that qualifies as stealing. Doesnt even ask about it, just keeps it and walks away or walks right by me without a word the rest of the night. Guilty much? I will not be returning until he's fired.

We had a fantastic time sharing a whiskey tasting and chatting with the owner. We also tried the roasted shishito peppers and sliders, and rolled the die for a bartender's pick, which was also fun! From the quality of the food, to the ease of conversation and cool bar experience- this was a five star outing from start to finish, and truly unexpected- we were just killing time in town in the middle of the day and checking out a new-to-us place! We aren't at all into gaming so we'd never been in. Our loss-it's so much more than that!

I love their themed drinks! They change the menu to suit the season, so you can always be pleasantly surprised by what you order. Never disappointed ?Kid-friendliness: I saw a child playing the VR with their parent and it was nice to see the family friendly environment.
