“The Döner Haus is pretty literally a "Hole in the Wall" (see pic). We ordered on line for delivery (or we would never have noticed this place). We ordered the: - Belgian Dürüm Wrap (5s) - Bacon-Mushroom Döner (4s) - Feta (French) Fries (3s) The Belgian Dürüm Wrap was the star of the show--fresh ingredients with lots of crunch in each bite, nicely wrapped so as not to spill or leak. The Bacon-Mushroom Döner was a sandwich with enough sauce to leak all over. The flavor was complex and fresh, and all the food groups were represented. But there wasn't a distinguishing flavor-forward identity. It was a vegetable sandwich with bacon. I'm not complaining, it was good. But the wrapping did not keep ingredients and sauce from falling out on my clothing. Still, I give it the benefit of the doubt. The FFF (Feta French Fries) were the biggest challenge for me because: [Hot Fries+Cold Garnish=Cold Fries]. Maybe this combination is popular in Germany or Turkey, I wouldn't think it's popular in the US. I could have finished it, but chose not to. I'm looking forward next time to the more traditional menu items, like the Turkish Rice dishes.“
“The food is top quality and my entire meal came out literally before my friend who ordered after me finished ordering. The staff is always friendly. They do their job well, but clearly aren't brainwashed by corporate overlords. Didn't try to force upsales or anything. They also play great music and have an immaculate vintage vibeParking: There's a large lot that's set up so you don't have to back into or out of any of the spotsKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid-friendly options on the menu. It's clearly a family-oriented restaurantWheelchair accessibility: The doors are easily wide enough for someone with a wheelchair, though they are double doors so someone would need to help open them. There are no steps or curbs to prevent access to the door“
“The only fast food place who has the drive thru jam packed and the employees continue working together to make sure there isn't a person who is going to complain about the wait. Super fast and I always get what I ordered!! Good job you guys! This goes to both restaurants. (Wenatchee and East Wenatchee)“
“Tried the lobster tacos, they were different, but in a good way! It was more like a mini burrito and with this hot weather the cool temp of the meal was Great. I made it a meal for an extra $4 and change and that added some fresh guacamole, chips, and a large “
“Sherrie ordered Chicken Alfredo Pasta and Italian Meat Marina Pasta to be delivered. Both dishes were delicious, no complaints! My Italian Meat Pasta featured spicy sausage and pepperoni (both, Pizza grade ingredients). The Penne pasta was a medium grade, cooked "al dente". It was served in a deeply rich marinara, prompting us to open a bottle of red blend wine. The Chicken Alfredo was very creamy, served over large penne pasta--very fresh! We ordered cinnamon sticks for dessert. Ten (10) pieces came in a box with a dipping glaze. They were an unanticipated delight. I could only eat 5 of them. The combination was quite a carb overload, but we were totally satisfied with our choices. We would order the same again.4-Stars, at the minimum!“
“I’m from out of town, work in the area every few weeks. I came in to order a wrap. The wrap that I requested isn’t something that they have specifically on the menu. But they were able to make it for me, kinda a special order off of an existing wrap. And let me tell you, it is by far the best version of this wrap I’ve ever had, even when I make them at home. It’s a buffalo chicken wrap with buffalo hot or medium, depending on my mood. The owner Chip was very friendly and helpful. He said maybe one day he’ll add it as a menu item. It’s not very often that a restaurant will change the whole dynamic of your day, but they team down at The Chicken Shack have done that for me each time I’ve been in. Thanks y’all, and keep it up!!!“
