I sampled every cheese in question. The caramelized onion cheddar and mango ginger cheeses were superb. The gorgonzola was very good. Also tried a salami which was great and they cut and packaged it nicely.If you like cheese, don't miss it!
I went to the Pybus Market on a whim... especially staying next door at Hilton Hotel..... The Cheese selection is amazing.... customer service is awesome and great suggestions..... will definitely go back there when I ever go to Wenatchee....
