“Came in for a quick lunch and that exactly what it was. Ordered 1/2lb burnt end Tuesday special with a 1/3 pound of lean brisket and 6oz beans. Burnt ends were 100% on point especially with a little side of the spicy bbq sauce. Beans were also good and very flavorful and exactly the kind of flavor you want with bbq food. Lean brisket bark was very flavorful and great smoke ring, some pieces were a little dry to my liking and I think it was from the last end of an already cut piece previously as the other pieces behind had juice and not dry. All in all food was good and I was in an out with a belly full.“
