Put a order in for one 6 inch sandwich. Pick up was for 405. Arrived at 405, order was not ready. I was told sorry waited for 20 more minutes . What is the point of online ordering? If you arrive and have to get in line behind two other customers?

I have called this store 7 times within in hour and not one time did they pick up to answer the phone. I placed an order online for delivery through a third party and had questions about making a change to it that the app did not show. Because they never answered there phone I was delivered the wrong sandwiches. Very disappointing.

They have one worker during the busiest hours. It is not the workers fault, its the management and the business itself. These workers serve the people walking in as well as all the online orders coming in. This is not ok to have a multi million dollar company and only has 1 worker doing EVERYTHING at this location. Listen to your employees and have more employees so that the pressure, stress and rush doesn't sit on that 1 employee. She apologized to us because she had to do 6 sandwiches from the online orders before she could do our 2. We were understanding and left because she had more receipts piled up and we had been waiting 10 minutes already. Again not her fault but the management and business owners.

This is a very very nice clean Subway. The worker today was very friendly she greeted me as I walked in the door everything the vegetables everything was really good. The food station was clean which was very nice. The restaurant seating area was very nice and clean.
