Always sad to think about Molbak's being closed, but the cafe still gives some feeling of the original garden house still being open. Drinks were well made, and done very speedily. Food was also pretty good. Atmosphere was great, if you ignore the rest of the store being completely deserted.I hope Molbaks comes back at some point in the future, but in the meanwhile, this is still a pretty good cafe.
I stumbled upon this spot the other day, and I hope they aren’t going to shut down like some other reviews are saying. Their food wasn’t anything to write home about and it’s pricey (I had the blta sandwich) but I enjoyed my drink, service was lovely and the atmosphere is unbeatable, perfect spot to have a tea and read. (Would be even better if the music they played was non lyrical, it would fit the vibe better in my opinion)

We loved the cafe and we loved Molbak's. It is a travesty that they are closed. Should not have happened and the city council should have done something!!!!

So sad to hear Molbak's is going out of business early in 2024. A great loss to the community, indeed the whole region.
Amazing location, lots of history. Would absolutely love to see the city halt or refuse any development of this area unless it's to keep a garden facility here.

First time visiting and apparently our last -- unfortunately, I learned that Molbak's will be closing in the near future.... Having said that, try to get there before they close permanently - the food was excellent and they have a great menu with wine and beer.

Molbak's Cafe has a wonderful ambiance that can only be had in such a beautiful nursery. While they no longer have the parrots in the jungle (that was so cool!), they upped their game on food and drink, which are both great. From sweets to amazing sandwiches, we've never been disappointed. Service is consistently quick and pleasant. My only "complaint" would be that they close at 3 pm on weekdays. It's so sad that Molbak's appears to be on their way to closure - allegedly with thanks to a Bill Gates' group that's caused a tussle over the redevelopment of Woodinville -- the redevelopment that was intended to have Molbak's at its center. I can only imagine. Such a loss. I hope it can be turned around!

Atmosphere was super gorgeous. It was like a shop mix with a cafe but it was super fun to browse. It food was ok tho, it looked really good but it didn’t taste the best and not worth the price. I did love the green house kinda look and the plants everywhere. It was kind of refreshing. The service was great and friendly staff! The parking lot is kind of small and it was pretty hard trying to park.I would recommend coming here if you wouldn’t mind spending too much just for breakfast food
