“We love this place and have been regular customers since discovering it. The ingredients are fresh and you know exactly what you're getting because you pick them out! Their sauces are delicious. You can choose white or brown rice. It's always huge portions that can be easily split into two meals. Prices are completely reasonable for what you get, fresh, healthy delicious food made in front of your eyes. Decor can be updated but honestly, the food is so good we barely notice and there's always the outside eating option which is nice. Place is always busy but I've never had to wait very long for my food. Staff there are super sweet. Highly recommend this place!“

“Jacky is amazing! He always takes great care of my husband and I when we go eat at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Bellevue. We continue to dine there & we always bring friends with us! Truly my fav place to get hot pot I won't go anywhere else! They have an all you can eat option so it's a great place to consider for birthday dinners, friend gatherings, or family get togethers! I went twice for my birthday this year. One dinner was a late bday dinner and it was a double date & the night of my birthday I had a group of 15. It was amazing! The last time I was there I spilled chili sauce and got it in my eye. They cleaned me up, switched our table, and Jacky stopped everything he was doing to help me. He truly is the best! Because of my accident and having to switch tables it did take up some of our time so they let us stay past 11pm to finish eating which I thought was incredibly sweet of them. Jacky deserves to be acknowledged for his kindness and hard work. We will be back very soon friend!“

“The food was great. We piled on all the noodles and all the additions. You then select what meats and we both chose double shrimp and lamb. Also choice of rice and had the fried rice. Very generous portions. All was so good, and small take away boxes for lunch the next day. It has limited seating which I imagine could get busy at dinner time. Plan on returning soon.“

“We reserved a table and went. They have a great selection. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to notice the chef using a separate ladle to cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Additionally, they kept the rice separately. The coconut curry was good, but the soup was unavailable, so we couldn't taste it. The staff were friendly and didn't rush us, even reminding us about the closing time“
