The hours seem to keep changing in the drive thru depending on whose working that night. It's says 2 months ago the hours were verified, that the restraunt inside closes at 9pm and the drive thru closes at 10pm.An they just told me a week ago they closed the drive thru at 10pm, but tonight they closed at 930pm. This isn't the first time this has happened, it seems who ever is working nights is making up there own hours.

Driver threw has us move forward to stop the clock and the tracking of orders Then makes you wait 20 mins in spot one. This practice needs to be reviewed. If your going to move people forward, then place a sensor on spot one and spot to track the time they wait. Fast food here has become very very slow. I also dont want to here about staffing issue everytime I go to a restaurant. This is a self inflicted issue. You reduce staff becuase of the minimum wage becuase you have increased the cost of everything by 2 bucks or more. That would most definitely offset the labor cost.
Every time I come here the Staff is always more concerned about talking among themselves. Than they are of getting customers their food. I have worker fast food. I've also managed a McDonald's. I know it does not take 20 to 30 minutes to get food. I would suggest management get it together or find a new manager who will.
Product is consistent no matter where you go & so is staff and not in a good way. So often there seems to be an availability issue for chocolate, fornshakes, for toppings. When they have it, it's a great treat. The staff however is mostly unpleasant and very slow. Certainly very good at making you feel as though your visit is an inconvenience.Parking: Lots of spots, well markedKid-friendliness: No trouble for them to get intoWheelchair accessibility: Wide spaces and smooth floor. Large bathroom door and plenty of wheelchair or walker space

I love how I order a cheeseburger and an 4 piece chicken strip basket and it takes them 20 minutes to bring me my food! Have a sense of urgency people it’s FAST FOOD!!!

Disappointed with no senior drinks! Disappointed we ordered onion rings and no sauce came with it when asked for ranch and tarter was told over $2.00 & wouldn't give one water. The burgers were almost $9 a piece.Asked for military discount they acted furious. Onion rings were 4 99 plus Tax. We ask for our money back on onion rings that we did not receive and they gave us $4.35...there math not so good. My burger was really good my husband's was cold & dry. The gal manager got very aggressive with us! We use to the best service but it's all down hill! So sad you act mad we ask about senior drinks everyone else gives a sm drink free. And to act mad when we ask for Military esp since my hubby who was driving served our country for years!

this was ridiculous!!! 15 minutes and food was giving to different car! when it was our food and than when it was our time to get our food the person coming out to cars didn't even know what our meal was. plus at first there was no one in the drive thru and they still made us pull up to the front! and my husband and I were furiouse with this customer service! They Didn't even flip our blizzards! Never agin will we come here
