The employees were nice, but I watched them make a tuna sandwich and press it down with there gloves and hold it over other sandwiches while putting the meat on it and I watched tuna fall off onto the other sandwiches. Then with the same gloves make the other sandwiches. I am deathly allergic to tuna especially and seafood. Luckily I didn't order anything fir myself today. This is not ok, it's not sanitary or proper protocol. Also, I wasn't offered to upgrade to a drink and chips and I was charged separately for my drink and chips costing ne extra money. I tried to put in my phone number So I can earn points and the girl made it go away.. I even said before I paid.Oh I was trying to put in my phone number so i can get points.She just It could nourish it and said oh. I also got three sodas and a water and the waters are cheaper than the sodas but she just went ahead and charged me 44 sodas.

Absolutely horrible service. The one employee was extremely disrespectful and forceful with conversation. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.

All I can say this was my best Subway experience!Terri was absolutely amazing she was so helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this location. 10 out of 10.

went there and took my family for a sandwich on 11/18 and the people working at 130pm were NASTY. NOBODY washed their hands, NOBODY welcomed us like we were there as a "customer". Usually when I go in ther, I get a welcome to subway how may I help you? This time, nothing... I believe these 2 people were very unhappy with their job!!! otherwise I have had an AMAZING experience with people.. I usually bring my family in for dinner but chose to bring them in for lunch since it usually is an awesome experience but now aint no way I would bring anyone back during those hours!!!! Maybe you should think about making your employee's happier since it shows they are definitely not happy!!! Will NOT be back if those people are there. Ill wait until later lately to bring them in for dinner! Dinner rush is definitely a much better experience for your store. You really need to have those people closing doing your work ALL DAY!!! They ROCK your store and really know how to make sammiches AND treat people with respect as a customer!!!! Ill be back in the evenings as long as that team is there! if not I will walk out and come back and I am spreading the word to all my friends and family! during the DAY, your so called staff SUCK! Have an awesome day!!!

Only one person making the subs and running food to cars for online orders. Customers complaining food taking too long, they had order 5 subs and another family with 4. It’s a lot for one person. They need to hire more people to run the business.

This is one of my favorite places to stop on a road trip. The restaurant is always very clean including the restrooms. The staff greets you with a positive friendly attitude when you enter the restaurant. The workers were very diligent to make sure that the sandwiches were perfect and the service was very quick. This is a great place to stop for a bite to eat.

So disrespectful this young lady around her 40s with brown hair she was so kind making my sandwich ,not doing anything wrong her manager by the name terry had come cussing from the back about how this young lady isn’t doing it “right”horrible just disrespectful and disgusting.not coming back here i hope hope the older lady terry gets fired.

"Jenn" the regional manager. Was completely discusted when a worker asked about getting more help with having 1 more worker there. Literally responded with "No it will affect my bonus". She thought it was funny to joke about it also. I really hope this gets seen by many people. The workers bust their but so people like Jen can watch over their shoulder mak8ng sure her bonus is big enough.

There were two people working. One making sandwiches who was trying her best but the other guy was "stocking " and throwing things aroundWe will not be returning.(Edited) my pregnant wife and i sat in line for an entire hour and we ended up just leaving as did several other people.

Three people and they're working the other two are sweeping make me wait for the woman on the phone taking an order that takes over 5 minutes and the proceed to tell me that because the people on the phone pick the last two pieces of bread out that I was going to grab one I can't have it. Will not be returning. Maybe one of the other two that are busy sweeping might actually help the customer already in line waiting over a phone call
