terrible customer service and terrible management.ordered a cake and wanted it done a certain way but couldn’t be done instead of giving options it was shut down . whatever right until an assistant manager throws it in my face that i can’t have it done a certain way because it’s not prepaid while raising her voice at me. why give the option to pay during pick up instead of just saying it had to be prepaid lol.

A couple of times I have came by to try and get a couple of ice cream cones but they are always closed before posted operating hours. We have seen the workers cleaning in the dark as if they know they closed early. I won’t keep trying to come here. All the times we have gone and they’re closed we have given our business to McDonalds right across the street. A couple of McFlurrys and chocolate covered vanilla cones make us feel better about driving into town to a closed shop. I would suggest saving your trip and giving someone else your business.

Went across town to try the new store and CLOSED!Updated July 14 2023 2 years later, still one star. Nice summer evening perfect for sitting outside with some ice cream and they have all the outside tables inside. When asked they said "we just don't put them out sometimes" ie, they are too lazy.Also while there others were asking about popular flavors, all out.

I just want to start off by stating Yurelli has amazing service! I just felt terrible because the manager was there and 5 customers walked in and she didn’t help yurelli at all! Yes there was a new girl training on site, but even then there was no instruction for her! Your ratings could be so much better the. What they are if you had someone great running the store.The manager is terrible. Trash. You definitely need a new one. I wish I could give more stars but the customers do not come first.

Should I really be charged over $7 for 2 scoops of ice cream in a hand pack pint that is not even hand packed? I'm furious. You can feel how much air is at the bottom when pressing in on the container as well. The workers had over 45 minutes until close and they were annoyed when I came in. She literally just scooped 2 scoops and set them into the fresh packed pint container and felt ok charging me over $7 for something that I should have been charged the price of two scoops in a cup. I hope this isn't the norm for this location because it's quite sad. People work hard for their money and they should get what they pay for. A fresh packed pint should be FRESH PACKED, not 2 little scoops set into the container and pass that as something it isn't.

Ordered a cappuccino blast twice from here (a small and a medium, different times too) and it always seems like they add a bit too much ice, like taste-wise it's not bad but not good either, kinda chunky too. Either way, I'd still prefer Nob Hill Baskin Robbins cappuccino blasts over this location.

Mine was a 2 banana splits grubhub order..first, didn't get the flavors I chose in the app,it was poorly and nasty made it.And of top of that super expensive!I know it was a delivery but still,I don't care if I pay a lot for something that is really good but in this case paying $30.00 for 2 mediocre banana split .....very disappointed.

I wanted a Sunday, but the menu board doesn't have the Sunday option. So I ordered one scoop with whipped cream and cherry. They charged for everything separately. What a rip off!

I honestly wish I could give this business zero stars. I work in customer service and this is not how you should run a business. I've been here at least 3 times. Did I end up getting ice cream? No I did not. The first time I went around 7, but they had closed early and I understood because sometimes business can be to slow to stay open. But the second and third time I called to make sure they were open... this was around 8 o'clock and I got there around 8:15. I even called just to make sure I'd make it on time before they closed. And they said they close at 9. So I was mad of course because they ended up being closed. Then the third time I called and made sure they were keeping their doors open until 9 and they said yes... this time I showed up at 8:20. And they didn't even acknowledge me when I was at the door. I guess there was one time where I got a ice cream cake from here and there was a family of three in front of me, and TWO workers behind the counter. The other worker was just standing there doing nothing and we waited for a very long time just waiting for a birthday cake we ordered before hand! And we even tried telling him it's the only thing we were there for and that we pre ordered it and paid over the phone. If I were to do this where I worked I would for sure get fired. Maybe hire some better employees.

Wasn't a good experience. Customer service was mediocre. The girls didn't seem like they wanted to be at work. The milkshake was watery. Not a fan.
