Horrible experince with Justeena BHas a horrible customer service, very rude. Does not know how to take orders. We had to repeat our order multiple times and she kept getting it wrong. My fries were over fried and burned. The sandwich was good but (*she wasn’t the one who made it*)I also had to ask her for a copy of both receipts. She looked very upset which made us feel very uncomfortable eating there.I love Bruchi’s but their customer services is bad.

Very bad service!So very disappointed with this location on Mead Ave.A young, African American like girl helped us out on the drive thru window. She started taking my order IN A HURRY! And half ways said “we close in 4 minutes”Very bad attitude, like she doesn’t want to even work there.I nicely asked for ranch and fry sauce, didn’t get any when she brought my order to the car, and asked her again can I get some ranch, she gave me a “really” look and went back in there, took like 20million minutes just to give me a ranch!If this is something you don’t want to do, then why work there???? You gotta be nice to have people come back!

The gal that took our order was very pleasant knowledgeable about the menu items, and offered her suggestion on which salad I should choose. My son, was excited to eat the crinkle cut fries and they did have some ice cream options. We enjoyed dinner. The service was great. The food came out nice and hot, while drive-through window was taken care of, and those behind us were also waited on. We are definitely coming back as this was our first time here. Ian said the restaurant was very clean clutter free

This place is great, they go above and beyond to get you served. I went in like 30 minutes before close and the dinning room was closed. The drive thru was open but my truck is super lifted and didn't fit as the bar that hangs at the beginning of the drive thru would scrape my truck. I walked up to the drive thru and asked if they can take my order and they said yes. I placed a 80$ order for some food and was more than satisfied with food and service.

Walked into get food, girl taking orders. Waited to finish taking an order to tell me that I could do self order, then continued to walk away and make me wait for 15 minutes before coming back to take my order. Usually they are great but if you’re overwhelmed and can’t handle your job speak up or maybe an owner had to fill in for a shift and just didn’t care. Foods always good so that helps.
