The place is a bit tired after all these years. Unfortunately the location has dropped breakfast and it seems like they have stock issues. They were out of mushrooms. Not a deal breaker. Just not what I was looking for. Staff was nice and kitchen very efficient. Nothing wrong with the food, just wasn't wow.

This spot used to be a real nice spot... Employee wearing gloves took our cash and then went to handling food with the same gloves. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Management need to address proper use of gloves and hygiene and a make an effort cleaning up the inside and outside. Bathroom cleaning is a must.

Way too loud at drive thru speaker. Felt intimidating ordering. "Is that all," in a very rude tone. Got to the window and realized I forgot 2 burgers. It took her almost 5 minutes for her to acknowledge me. She seemed upset that I ordered something else. When she told me the total, I asked for extra fry sauce. She seemed really annoyed now. It took a very long time to get our food. Sunnyside Burger Ranch set our standards much higher. We will try the other locations in Yakima.
