Customer service was not the best, definitely could be improved. The food? The fries tasted stale, like they've been sitting out for a while. The restaurant itself? It was decently cleaned. Definitely everything can be improved.

Very long wait. They didn't give me my debit card back. I didn't notice and had to go back for it the next day. I called before I went in and they said they had my card. I show up and they said the didn't have it. So I called in the parking lot and the manager finally spoke with me and said to come in and grab it. I usually love dairy queen and the service but the one on yakima Ave is falling apart.
They only would give us one sauce for our fries and larger cheese curds not one each, but one total. Then I had to buy more at 50 cents a piece. It is ridiculous how they are and I will no longer be going back to this dairy queen. I'll go to artic circle for their cheese curds, and milkshakes instead next time. I get better service and fry sauce with out the additional cost and attitude from the cashier. The pretzel stick were dried out and seemed like they were sitting there for a while. This dairy queen once had a great reputation and high standards now not so much I wonder if it switched owners. If it has no wonder the down grade in customer service and the down grade in some of the food quality the pretzels were edible but just didn't seen fresh like i have gotten them before blizzard and cheese curds were awesome so were the hamburger and fries. The chicken strips that were also ordered were great as well. I only had complaints on the workers and freshness the pretzels and only allowed 1 free sauce just 1 not one for each only 1 for my fries and cheese curds and the attitude I received for asking for more sauce was unbelievable.

The guy taking orders was very rude and disrespectful. He wasn’t very nice asking what we wanted or anything. Usually when you greet someone you don’t say “order when your ready” you say something a little nicer like “hi how are you” and then say something like “order when your ready” overall his tone was very rude and him and the other people at the window were just very pushy and not nice. My food was also very cold and soggy.

I placed an online order and went through the drive thru since there was nobody there. The gal told me that I had to come in to get it. I parked and went in and it was ready for pickup. I'm unsure why I had to come in instead of using the drive thru. I've never experienced this at other locations before. I thought it's supposed to be convenient to pick up fast food. I was in pain that day and could have benefited from using the drive thru.

My wife ordered an ice cream cake with ingredients and lettering especially for my birthday. She gave them four days before pickup, and it wasn't in the freezer case when she arrived. The person didn't deny that the order was received, but said to just get one out of the case. My wife asked what the point is of having special orders on the website if they don't fill them, but the person was dismissive about the issue. This was the senior person on duty, at least age-wise.

Bad service on multiple occasions. Constantly forget to give me everything I ordered making me have to go inside. They always forget the sauce I ordered at the drive-thru window. They’ve given me the incorrect drink before and the wrong size of cup. I ordered the $7 meal and asked for the Sundae coupon and they refused to give me one. Overall bad service and you should never go through the drive-thru because majority of the time they’ll not give you everything you ordered making you have to go inside.

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting, smelled like something died in there. Service was mediocre, employees didn't seem to care much about anything. Got a glimpse of the kitchen too, I have never seen such an unsanitary nasty frier or floor..
