I am using 3 stars for average. I will update it if I ever get a chance to actually eat something there. My wife and another couple stopped there on Saturday 2/22/2024. I was looking forward to something like Einstein Bagels that I had been to in Tucson which was always great. With the place about 50% full (no idea how many take out orders) I was informed by a very polite front of the house gentleman that it would be about 25-30 minutes to get food. In the restaurant industry the benchmark is 12 minute ticket times. I was hungry and chose to go somewhere else. Not waiting half an hour for a toasted bagel with an egg on it that really should only take a few minutes. They had a lot of staff there so not sure why they were melting down and not keeping up. I will give it another try and hopefully can update the review to something better.

Really like this place; not usually a coffee person but thought they had the best black coffee I've ever tried actually. Great menu, great staff and service, enjoy the tongue-in-cheek name and decor. Will definitely come again.

I had the absolute best tacos. The chronic brisket tacos are immaculate. I will never stop raving about them. Amazing!!!! Will definitely be going back for those.

They had a rough start when they first opened, but they have really improved since then. The food has always been good but the service and cleanliness was not great early on. The food is fresh, flavors are good and the menu is unique.

Please do not eat here or waste your money. The food is taste was okay but quality was not okay. I received frozen hasbrowns (literally) and a breakfast burrito that was cold as heck. Will never go back.Edit: since I can’t reply back. I can track my dasher, she came right to my work. Took her 13 mins to get to my work. The food should not be cold. The potatoes were in fact frozen. I live in terrace heights and get food in west valley all the time, and the food is still hot when I get home, weird right!?
I actually enjoyed this place for a while, that was until my buddy was informed that our Toast Rewards points were not accepted at Effin Egg anymore. We had saved up enough points for a free meal, and when we asked the cashier what we can do about it, they suggested that we could be lying. Unbelievable. On top of that, I have placed an order for pickup 20 minutes in advance last week, and when I got there, they hadn’t even started my order! I already paid, so I had to call my boss and let him know I’ll be late. TLDR: Unprofessional and Untimely. Will not be returning.

Sitting in the lobby now. Not enough seating. 15 orders ahead of us and the workers have an average age of 12 it seems. None of them working with urgency. They can care less about getting the food out in a timely manner. Just watched two of them doing a TikTok dance while my order is still 20 minutes out ?Update: since I can't respond to the owners reply on GR, I'll just update my original so ownership sees this. There was one worker who was visibly upset at the rest of the crew. She was seen begging the other workers to please stop goofing off because they had work to do. Instead of blindly defending, take this as an opportunity to improve and maybe interview your crew from yesterday morning and I bet what you'll learn is a consensus from your hardest worker that in fact the work this was below par.

First of all we get there and it's a complete mess, sandwiches laid all on the countertops, so im guessing all that food was cold. We order after they had said it was going to be a 45 min wait which we weren't concerned about then I noticed an employee on grill making food while he was running his fingers through his shoulder length hair with his gloves. disgusting. we didn't have an appetite anymore after waiting so long we decided to approach the employees and turns to find our food had been in someone else's bag which is even more disturbing and so we decided to get the food and the refund and left after we wanted to try this place so bad it turned out to be the worst place we actually have been too
