Don't bother ordering through the phone. We usually love to order from here but after this terrible experience I don't know I will again. I called and asked a question about the menu and the lady on the phone hung up on me. I call again and she starts yelling that she just told me... and so I ask for clarification and she doesn't say anything so I hung up. Way to ruin someone's day because you lost your patience in a matter of 30 seconds... all because you refused to explain your OWN menu. NOT the way to handle customers.Edit: this is coming from someone who works in a restaurant and understands what it's like......
Owners and Staff of Great Shanghai are the best! They are always welcoming when you walk into the restaurant and their food is AMAZING! HUGE portions of food to eat and plenty to take home for left overs. I highly recommend them to eat dining in or take out.
