You have to try ICY TAI, my friends and I went last Saturday and it was absolutely delicious. The costumer service was great and the ice cream was amazing. Next time I go I'm going to try the s'more ice cream they make. I could not recommend it enough, try this place out.

Icy Tai is a very nice small spot right in the heart of West Valley. I have been a countless number of times due to the quality of the drinks and the friendliness of the staff. If you are looking for a delicious drink or ice cream, as well as an enjoyable experience, please try Icy Tai.
I went with my friends and we got drinks and ice cream, the owner and staff were friendly although drinks where a little watery otherwise very flavorful along with the ice cream, Would go again!

Took my daughter to get a treat a little afternoon, seen the reviews and was excited to try. When we walked in the atmosphere was really nice, my daughter loved it. The girl working didn't greet us, just slowly walked up front and waited for me to order. I placed the order, sat down and watched her take 35 minutes to make two orders, in between other customers where coming in and ordering and she not once changed her gloves in between orders and handling cash. I lost my appetite after seeing her flip my mini pancakes with the same gloves. Very disappointed. Waited a total of 50 minutes and just couldn't eat.
