My order was messed up which is fine they fixed it, it happens, but when I came in to let them know there was a girl (worker) sitting on the floor with over ear headphones and her phone just sitting on the floor criss cross I stood just waiting and she couldn't see me because she was on her phone, finally one of the workers who was on his lunch! Came to help me because she just sat there on the ground and as he was attending me she just still stayed on the ground on her phone, this job isn't for her she gets paid to listen to music and be on her phone while everyone else does all the work, didn't even cashier me

Went there on lunch break 7/5/23 to get two to-go orders. More than $30 for two sandwiches, two chips and two small sodas. Was very specific that the two sandwiches have only turkey, cheese, mayo and mustard. The girl didn't look like she was really listening so I ordered both sandwiches identical to make it easy. They both had lettuce, tomato and no mustard.

These guys went out of their way to help me with a delivery. The Knob hill location didn't have drivers, and you can't order through a delivery service apparently. This JJ went above and beyond. The guy on the phone was awesome and had a great sense of humor about the situation!

I ordered a #7 Spicy Italian and all I have to say is I shouldn’t have to order extra hot peppers to get a regular amount of hot peppers on my sandwich. I mean it is called a spicy Italian for a reason…

Don't get me wrong. Jimmy John's is delicious and amazing!! The food is always stellar. However, their cashier was far from professional. His co worker tried to start off our order, he wasn't at the register but was assisting us! This blonde dude in a backwards cap basically chews him out/yells at him in front of my friend and I about how the he needed to go to the register to take an order instead of what he was currently doing (which was still assisting us) and takes over cashieing. he was also carrying in the shop. I am not against guns by any means but I don't know what the laws are for having a concealed for work. Didn't make me feel super easy seeing it on said person. More curious than anything. Regardless, jimmy John's rocks. That cashier needs a lesson on human communication and kindness.
