I am a long time customer who orders from Majors on 3rd Ave at minimum twice a week. My co workers and I always order from this location on 3rd Ave as well! Today I called in my breakfast sandwich order not realizing I called the Majors on Lincoln. I pulled up and the gentleman at the drive thru on 3rd Ave refused to take my ordered and told me the restaurant on Lincoln had my order not his fault I called the wrong restaurant & I needed to go to the other restaurant. I apologize for calling the incorrect restaurant asked if he could please have them cancel and I will place a new order on 3rd. Again he refused! I am beyond disappointed and angry at the horrible customer service he provided. I hope no one else experiences this service from that location! I also tried calling to speak to a manager and couldn’t get in touch with a manager.

One of our favorite spots to eat in town and rarely have issues. However, I ordered a hot fudge sundae and when I got home I realized it was just Hershey’s syrup. If you guys are out of fudge then at least let the customer know so they can decide if they still want it. If I wanted vanilla ice cream and Hersheys syrup I would have just ordered a milkshake.
It was less than an hour from closing, and they were very helpful, patient, and friendly. I placed a pretty big order, and they showed no discontent. The food was pretty fresh and everything tasted pretty good. I live near this particular Major's and I never run into any issues.
Terrible. Soggy nasty and expensive. Stank up the car and house. Fool me once... never again.

Two double bacon cheese burger s, fries and beer battered fries.
i went here because its the only place in town with good beer fries. i asked for 2 bacon burgers and BEER FRIES. the server gave us 2 large orders of normal fires. we had to wait in a parking spot for them and when she gave them to me before i had a chance to look she ran back inside. never again.
