Terrible , ordered through the app breakfast so that I could get breakfast . It’s time stamped at 10:51 . Drive there and in drive through at 11:05 just to be told we’re not serving breakfast . It was ordered before and paid for. Terrible experience

Went to McDonald's on Summitview and the hamburger was cold/old and the french fries the same. I will not go back. The one on first and nob hill ten times better.

I literally sat waiting for my food per there request for over 15 minutes. Watched as 8 cars came and went after me and got served. I had to call them just to get my order. As I am writing this I am still waiting. Would not recommend this location for your Mc Donald’s cravings.

I had the worst experience today my dad went to pick up my meal I had already paid and used the mobile app I gave him my code so that he can give it to them since my kids are sick with covid and the manager named Angel was the rudest employee ever didn't want to give him my meal until I took my phone in order for him to give me my meal I already purchased. This isn't the first time I've purchased something and they always just ask for code and give my meal to me or my family members when I can't go.
