This place was great, my daughter had a pizza party here for her bday. Employees were great, patient, and the food was good as well.My wife loved their salad which you can put unlimited meat on. Love mods, any place you go to where you make your own meal is already good, just gotta know what ingredients are in it, I would absolutely love to have mod every day if it didn’t make me fat (cause you know…bread).The folks are super friendly I can easily end up buying other added items (like the cakes -w-) just when they talk about it, whatever team is running be wary, they are very convincing and can easily back up the product, I mean heck the new cake is goooood.I appreciate the people working at mods and hope ya’ll are having a wonderful day.

Service was solid, only counter service though, kinda like a chipotle line. Pretty fast for being fresh baked pizza. The inside is "mod", not the most comfy of seating, but over clean, industrial looking ambiance. With all the concrete in the building and vaulted ceiling it's REALLY loud, especially with crowds. The pizza was great though, definitely on the lighter side, a "mod size pizza" is good for one adult with an appetite. Crust was my favorite part, would love to see a mod pizza in ellensburg.

Well, we waited in line to order for 30 minutes! When we arrived, there were 3 people ahead of us. There was one employee taking/making orders and being cashier. Another employee came out, took the next order, and then started doing online orders. It is unacceptable to make customers wait more than 15 minutes to order food, especially when they are standing in line. Sitting at a table is slightly more forgivable, but the elderly and handicapped could not wait this long to order. The customers who ordered when we arrived received their orders before we ordered. There is a fundamental flaw in the way this restaurant takes/makes orders. Doubtful we will return, which is sad because I really loved the Italiano Pocket Pie. It was delicious! My husband had a pepperoni pizza, and it was good.

Had lunch at the Union Gap store today. The man in front of me had been waiting over ten minutes. He said they were more concerned with on line orders than In store customers.The employees were extremely unfriendly and impatient when helping customers. I found that pretty sad. I won't be returning to Mod Pizza in Union Gap any time soon, that's for sure!The store employees there used to be fast and friendly. Not the case any longer. That's too bad because the pizza is pretty good there!

tasted like poo. Idk nothing really great maybe it was just my pizza but i wasn't a fan. the sauce has chunk veggies in it. i feel like if i wanted huge veggies i would have it as a topping.
