They never answer the phone. & When you walk in- IF they greet you, the first the they say is "Do you have a online pick up?" With these two things combined it feels like in order to do business with this location, you have to do an online order. Otherwise they're grumpy.

The lady bit our heads off for coming at when we thought would still be OK since they close at a certain time. We were mistaken, they actually closed 1 hour earlier but it was still 10 minutes to close. Then the guy making the pizza was not wearing gloves. Then walked to the back touching with bare hand the big garbage bin. He came back and had gloves on to finish the pizza. I cannot believe how employees in a service industry act as though I should do what makes them happy although I am the customer paying for the service.

We've been going to Papa Murphy's for years and have always had really good service. Tonight was the exception. Ordered a family Garlic Chicken got it home and cooked it and it did not have one ounce of garlic sauce. Called and talked to someone (didn't give a name) about rectifying the problem and I was told that I would need to drive the pizza 6.5 miles back so they could verify that what I was saying was correct. The female that I talked to was very rude. So ends our Papa Murphy's adventure!

I called and ordered a pizza on Friday night on my way home and the gal told me it would be about 25 minutes and she asked for my phone number. I waited and called 40 minutes later and no one answered. I called several times and finally just ordered from someplace else. I will never go back again!
