Wanted $9.99 Xl NY pepperoni pizza on special for $9.99 and I asked for white sauce instead of red sauce. Was told they can't do that and charged me $17.32 for a large thin crust pepperoni pizza with white sauce. Never had an issue at any other Papa Murphys. Go to any Papa Murphys except this one.

We decided to have a pizza over the weekend. To my surprise I had a birthday certificate at Papa Murphys ! We ordered the Hawaiian and to be honest IT WAS AWFUL! I have never had a bad pizza from Papa Murphys but I guess because a $20 pizza that only cost us out of pocket $7.00 then you get a $7.00 pizza. It had very little Canadian bacon or pineapple. And very little cheese nor sauce. It was as flat as a freezer pizza and tasted worse! I am disgusted! We drove 15 miles to pick up a cardboard sample. Never again.

Unfriendly service butFood was Good, crust is kinda thinner than usual. it's like they use less dough now days. Some of the lettuce was browned but not too bad.I'll try summitview from now on. Terrace heights one has been good to. Not sure if the recipe changed. So far only had this issue at this location on two different orders. Papa Murphy's is one of my favorite pizza place so I have it frequently as well as round table.
