Horrible experience just had tonight 4/16/2024 at 9pm, was sat at the bar and server was unfriendly and rude, didn't ask to get us another drink and didn't give us silverware. Didn't even offer a refill on the bottomless fries. Slammed the napkins and spilled the drink all over the table. The drink also didn't even taste like it had even an ounce of alcohol. Towards the end I asked for a to go box and was ignored until I went up to him at the bar and he said it was his "bedtime" mind you there was still an hour until closing. I work in the food industry and would never be this unpleasant towards a paying customer... Will never come back.

This place was filthy. All the glass deviders has finger prints and smudges. The bathroom was dirty as well. We sat down and not a word from our waiter they they we out of all promotional menu items... so I was gonna order the brisket fries. And my husband was gonna get the burger. The waiter came back after getting our drink order and we went to order and that's when we found out . Horrible.

My mother and I ordered two burgers for take out. After eating a few bites of the mushroom burger she ordered, she mentioned that it did not taste right. She ate only a quarter of the burger then questioned again if something was wrong with it. She ended up giving it to her dogs to finish. Within four hours she began to exhibit signs of food poisoning. She was knocked out in bed for three days. Not a good situation for someone in their late eighties. For the next three weeks her intestines continued to act up. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. He made no attempts to apologize or refund the meal. Instead he defended their food safety protocols, and escalated the situation to their insurance company. Red Robin used to be one of our favorite burger restaurant's now we do not trust the place, plus do not feel appreciated as customers.
Excellent for a chain. The burger was hot and juicy. The fries came out fresh. Service was really good for how busy they were. It was packed but we were able to get a seat right away.
