I ordered some eats about two weeks ago, and as usual, they met every desire with a stellar attitude. The not dining in takes away from the experience a bit, but obviously it of their hands at the moment. I was very excited to see them combat that with large helping of chips and salsa . Keep doing great things Santiago's!

What a delicious meal! Do not miss out on the asparagus chicken burritos, a Santiagos specialty. Extremely generous portions and quality ingredients.

Recived a carry out while the world was shuttered for coronavirus. The food was excellent and ready exactly when they said it would be.

Just enjoyed takeout dinner from Santiago's during the pandemic restaurant closure. Complete meals with chips, salsa and a margarita! All was delicious. Thank you Santiago's for providing takeout for great Mexican food in Yakima.

Ordered a fabulous meal for the family that everyone loved. Great flavors and lots of food - Fish tacos and an Enchilada/Burrito combo. Had to find an alternative to going out in this crazy world of social distancing. Pick up was a breeze

Best Mexican food ever! The prices are reasonable. Taste is amazing ... texture is amazing! And the service is prompt and very friendly! Thank you!

It was really busy and there were only about 3 or 4 servers and they did a great job at checking on everyone and making sure to keep up on drinks and making sure everyone had everything they needed it's a very beautiful restaraunt and the food was delicious huge portions which me and my boyfriend really like!

The wait for food was and hour and 15 minutes. The service was poor as they seemed to be understaffed. The food wasnt good which would have been the saving grace for the evening but it wasnt. The enchilada sauce was burnt, the tamales were under cooked, and the beef in the tacos was very salty. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the drinks were heavy on the booze. This place isn't worth the high prices.

Really bad experience at Santiago's tonight. Restaurant was maybe a quarter full but everything was super slow. Slow to be seated, slow to get drinks, slow to place order and then over an hour wait for the food. Food was bad, this is "Americanized" Mexican food at its worst. My enchiladas had so much cheese on them it was all I could taste. The sauce was almost like chili, no Mexican flavor at all. Sat near the kitchen which was bad because we could hear a certain waitress dropping f bombs about customers, same waitress got into some kind of altercation with a customer later. We had two children under 6 at our table who could hear it all, real classy. Someone came over to apologize but nobody did anything to stop her behavior. They were having some real issues tonight, there were several tables around us that were upset about not getting food or getting orders screwed up, lots of apologies happening. Our waiter was inattentive but nice, check was screwed up but we didn't want to wait to get it fixed because it would have taken too long. Won't be going back, so many better options around that have authentic Mexican food

Food and service is good. Prices a bit high but understandable with wage increase.
