Almost every table was dirty and it wasn't busy at all no cars in drive thru baristas leaning against counter hanging out, manager was just sitting talking having a good time.. i understand completely but there is a namebrand to represent here.. floors were nasty as well..maybe clean the place... don't get me wrong I love starbucks.... 3pm

The barista that took my order was rude and also rolled her eyes to another barista for asking a question to her. I felt like it was rude and very disrespectful.
I mean, it's a Starbucks, right!?!?!?! So outstanding as usual. They even spelled my name correctly on the cup. Way to go young blood!!!! Way to go!

My wife and I feel warmly welcomed every time we stop by for our usual iced mocha and a tea. The service, in general, is fantastic. There is always new staff, yet they ALWAYS ensure that your drinks are to your specifications and prepare them just the way you like them! Outstanding.
